Lilly smiled at Aurora's words and nodded. She then closed her eyes, waiting for whatever Aurora was planning to do. As she said, if she didn't trust Aurora then who should she trust?
But after what Aurora said, Lilly changed the terms of that trust slightly. She wouldn't trust Aurora blindly. Just from looking at the mirror Shard, Lilly knew it contained enormous power once wielded by her Uncle, a being far more powerful than her. And that being had died because of blind trust.
That's what she concluded from Aurora's words. So, she would trust Aurora but not blindly. Atleast, she would try to.
