Chapter 5.5: Coffee date part 2

As Shouta's and Sumi's lips make contact, Shouta did not think about anything else but be in this situation with Sumi.

"Hey Sumi, I-I.." -Shouta

"No I'm sorry, that was so sudden, I don't know what came over me" -Sumi

"I'm sorry Shouta I gotta go, goodluck on your exam tomorrow" -Sumi

Sumi fled in embarrassment, Shouta was left confused of what happened just now, Shouta tried to run after her but she had already ran away with no trace. Shouta payed for the coffee and went home aswell, suddenly Shouta feels a familiar presence but he can't seem to figure out what it is, he turns around, and looks in every direction but he saw nothing but pitch black.

"Oh man it's getting late, I should get home now" -Shouta

*Shouta's mind*

"What did I do wrong? I mean it was my first kiss I should've been the one to freak out but instead it was her, should I send her a message? No it'll bother her even more. I'll just wait and see what'll happen tomorrow, and she said to forget about tonight but that is to shocking to forget."

Shouta gets home safely, he is concerned about Sumi, he wonders to himself if he is the problem.

"Come to think about it Katsuhito and Makoto hasn't shown any from of contact to me, normally they would send me messages but today they didn't, I wonder if they're alright." -Shouta

Shouta is worried even more not just to Sumi but also to Makoto and Katsuhito. Shouta debated whether to send Sumi a message or not.

*messages*

<Shouta > Sumi are you okay?

<Sumi♡ > forget it Shouta

<Shouta > just let me know if you need anything

<read >

*Shouta sighs*

"She left me on read" -Shouta

"Mom, I'm home" -Shouta

"I guess she is already asleep" -Shouta

"I should go to bed aswell" -Shouta

*checks phone*

Shouta checks his phone and browses through his gallery and looks at his old and new photos, he is reminiscing about the past, he sees old photos of him and Masahiko together. And finally he goes to sleep still concerned about Sumi.
