After reading the Basic Cultivation Technique Keishuke understood some basic principles of the way of the Dao and cultivation

Soon after he started gathering all the Qi he accumulated into his dantian along with the spiritual Qi that naturally existed around the shrine

After he finished Gathering Qi

-so what I'm getting for now is that, this technique is going to get me all the way to Qi condensation realm, then I'd have to learn a new one, I'll have to go through Qi Gathering, Qi condensation and after that I'll be able to establish my foundation, normal everyday stuff, I've already gathered 3 tenths of Qi needed to pass the Qi Gathering realm
