Setting Up the Company

"Hey old man" Called Naruto as he entered the Hokage's office, all present knowing not to get in his way

"Naruto, what can I do for you?" replied the Hokage

"I wanna start a company" Naruto replied

"hmm, we'll first need investors and for that we-" Hairuzen began only to be stopped by Naruto

"No, no, I have the funds necessary and I have the products as well. All I need is to by land and hire staff" Naruto then proceeded to fish out two square blocks of wood with a sealing array on one side of them "This is called a chakra phone, you inject a bit of chakra into the sealing array which is keyed to you and then…" on the opposite side of the block of wood a screen appeared that shows a number pad and a menu "here hold this and wait here" Naruto gave the second block to Hairuzen then proceeding to exit the office through the window going to a far enough roof that he can still be seen but not heard.

*tak tak tak* the sound of wood claps filled the office as the Hokage looked at the source with trepadition. Following Naruto's instruction's he injected some chakra into the seal and looked on as Naruto's voice was heard though faint from the block

"put the block to your ear old man" Naruto was heard from the chakra phone

Hairuzen complying did as Naruto asked and answered with slight trepidation "h-h-hello"

"Hey old man, you hearing me okay?" Naruto's voice came out of the wooden block

"yeah, this is amazing Naruto. This can revolutionize the world" Hairuzen then turned from exited to worried "a lot of people are going to want this to themselves. Be careful Naruto"

"I know" Naruto's voice came from the office this time "let me handle that, all I need from you is the permission to own land outside the village and the one to start a company"

"That I can do, the forms for that are with the receptionist outside, fill them and bring them to me to get my signature and seal"

"Does it need anyone else's permission?" Naruto asked

"No, though we answer to the fire daimyo, we govern ourselves, though I can see some corrupt nobles wanting a piece of your cake" Hairuzen concluded then flinched as he saw the purely predatory smile on Naruto's face

"Let them come"

Same time at a different area

"Hey Anko" Naruto called the young kunoichi, redirecting her attention from the Dango sweets in front of her

"Hey there Naruto" Anko was stuck as a Chunin even though her skills are that of a Jonin, but due to her being Orochimaru's disciple she was mistrusted and consequently held back "what do you need?"

"Well, long story short, I'm starting a company, and I want you to be the head of security" what many don't know is that Anko worked in the IT sector of Konoha. No not that IT but IT as in 'investigation and torture'

"you would trust me with that?" Anko asked looking surprised. She always thought the village didn't trust her because of the seal, but after removing it she saw that the seal wasn't the cause. It was simply her being the former disciple of someone who betrayed the village "I will need the Hokage's permission to quit the force" Anko answered

"I'm getting it right now" Naruto replied

"Are you a clone?" Anko asked slightly annoyed

"Yes and no. it's a long story, but I'm willing to share it if you accept my offer" naruto teased

"Fine, but in return I want you to train me" she countered "I've seen what you can do with your chakra even when supressing it. So what do you say? Do we have a deal?" she asked extending her arm out to the surprised Naruto for a hand shake.

'My first student' Naruto thought in shock. While many had the dream of saying the famous words "I'm sorry master, but I have to go all out just this once" naruto dreamt of BEING the master and saying the words "it's a thousand years too early for you to beat me" and so he decided.

"I accept. From now on I'm Sensei to you" Naruto said puffing his chest

"Eh?" Anko was apprehensive "no way I'm calling you that"

"Eh, but why?" Naruto complained like a child

"last I heard, you were younger than me" Anko replied

"Ok first of all, age does not represent experience" Naruto started his lesson "and second of all, don't let my looks fool you; I am hundreds of years old"

"But…" Anko stopped talking and took on a thinking pose "can I learn to live that long and look that young?" she asked Naruto

"Not sure about the length of your life, but I can help you maintain your looks easily" Naruto didn't lie as he and Tsunade worked on her Jutsu to maintain her youthful looks. Though she doesn't need it anymore she thought it would be a nice gift to her student as a graduation gift

"I'm in" Anko said without hesitation

'You're still a teen for god's sake' Naruto thought as he was too wise to speak it

Shizune quit her role as a Jonin of Konoha to follow her master Tsunade when she left the village. During that time she had become one of the medical ninja across the elemental nations, though she still couldn't beat her master.

Right now she was heading towards a ramen place called Ichiraku ramen to meet her master after a long time "it's been a while Shizune" Tsunade greeted her as soon as she entered the small shop

"That it has, Sensei" she said as she sat down. After placing her order she continued "so, why are you contacting me all of a sudden after ditching me for your boyfriend?" Shizune asked with some venom in her voice and a 'gentle' smile on her face

"Oh c'mon, I said I was sorry didn't I?" Tsunade whined "besides I am here with a job offer for you"

Shizune was curious "what kind of job are we talking about?" she asked

"Naruto is starting a company. The company has several divisions and at the moment the two divisions that are active are chakra tech and medical tech. I recommended you as the medical tech head" Tsunade said proudly

Shizune was interested. It was no secret the abilities of Naruto as a healer, and even less so Tsunade's. It would be a treasure trove of knowledge "I'll join you" she answered "but who will take over the tech devision?"

"That would be Naruto, till he finds a replacement" She shrugged "Now that that's out of the picture, chef bring us some sake" Tsunade called to Teuchi

"Coming right up" he replied with a smile

"And what's the company going to be called?" asked Shizune

"It's going to be called 'Inochi o ataeru ki' (life giving tree) or 'Inoki' for short

"Boar tree?"
