  Kenji observed his new powers with happiness in his eyes, this was still the first day and he was already at level 5.

  The sun had gone down and it was currently evening, soon Kenji would need to look for a place to rest his head.

  "Hey? I think we better get going." Erin said looking at Kenji, they didn't want more zombies to be drawn here by the sounds of fighting.

  The two boys from.earlier had crawled into a manhole to avoid that zombie's jump attack but were still injured.

  Kenji nodded his head and they all began walking towards an unknown direction, hoping to at least find a house with a roof on its head for them to sleep in.

  Surprisingly no zombie came their way during their journey, it was like they had been scared away after that last fight.

  The boys from earlier had their eyes fixed on Kenji, he was like their knight in shining armor who came to save them from the zombie. 

  "Don't you think we should rest for now? " One of the boys said tiredly, they had been walking non stop, and they hadn't even reached buy Rite yet. 

  The Buy Rite stationed in Tokyo was the biggest supermarket in all of Japan, and that was the exact reason Kenji wanted his people to stay there. 

  So they could conquer the place and make it a territory of some sorts belonging to only them, in a place like Buy Rite they would have enough food for a lifetime if he planted the foodstuffs there, and he was sure he would figure something out for electricity, and there were enough clothes to last them a life time. 

  Kenji was sure that with his new powers and everything he would be able to find stronger people and build a guild, as strong people would naturally be attracted to where they would be able to get food and water and then he could forge a deal of some sorts. 

  And with the way his powers worked, the more he had access to powerful people , the more powerful he would become. 

  "Okay let's rest. " Kenji and the three humans he had saved, all settled in a broken down ramen joint, it was just for a quick snack break and they would even pass the night there if possible. 

  Kenji peacefully made a cup of ramen for himself along with a drink of water and began chugging it down like he hadn't eaten in days, which was because he hadn't. 

  "I'm sorry, but can you please make a cup for me? " The girl, Erin Winters said. 

  By her mere looks one would know she was not Asian, her abstract blue eyes and blonde hair, with sharp features, immediately made her stand out as American. 

  Kenji hadn't had the time to appreciate her beauty because he had been to distracted with walking fighting and running. 

  Erin was actually a rare beauty, and her spotless skin made her stand out in whatever crowd she stood in, but after his last love experience, Kenji didn't even think about the possibility. 

  "Can't you make one yourself? " Kenji said non chalantly with his cold eyes, staring into Erin's soul. 

  "No, it's just that my leg is broken, so I can't move around a lot u til it heals, so till then I'm paralyzed.. " Erin said with a nervous laughter, trying to make a self aimed joke. 

  Kenji just started at her like a fool, forcing her to shut up and stare at the floor in embarrassment. 

  Kenji got up and repeated the same process and in a few minutes, he was back with another cup, he tossed it to Erin without even looking at her. 

From the loud discussion between the both boys, Kenji was able to determine that they were all Americans, the first boy was of medium height, he had short brown hair and eyes and from their conversation, Kenji had deduced his name was Ace Myers. 

The second boy was fat and had strikingly ashen hair, he looked to be part Asian with his name being Tom Himiko, and he seemed constantly worried about his father. 

Soon, the night had come and they had to sleep, they needed to get a maximum of four hours sleep, so one person would keep watch for two hours and after that, another person watched while the rest slept. 

  Kenji took the first watch, there was no point in Jeopardizing his sleep, and he wanted to try and learn more about the trio as he didn't fully trust them. 

  Thankfully nothing had gone wrong during his watch, the next watch fell on Ace Myers who groggilly dragged himself up and was forced to watch over everyone. 

  But as soon as Kenji fell asleep, something else began to happen contrary to the initial plan. 

  "Wake up guys, we don't have much time. " Ace said, and immediately Erin and Tom got up, looking at the sleeping Kenji. 

  "Erin, you need to freeze him carefully,metas like this could fetch us a huge amount of money. " Tom said in a low hushed voice. 

  Erin nodded her head, she let out a sigh and ice began leaking from her fingers, creating a beautiful trail of ice. 

  "Maybe if you guys had actually done this whole thing faster, I would have been kidnapped by now. " Kenji said with one of his swords lodged into Tom.
