Just like Ainsley, the Irregular Tamer Guild members were also trained to charm monsters and beasts which were way stronger than them. 

After all, they relied on affection and not on coercion to tame beasts and monsters. 

Even monsters still had affection when facing their own kin— although the guild members were the monsters' false family members. 

With Ainsley giving an olive branch to the monster tamer guild, not only they wouldn't lose their usual income, but they could also get some help from the Irregular Tamer Guild! 

The same goes for the beast tamer. 

Ainsley promised to decrease the number of beast-taming services in her guild so that the beast-tamer guild could always rely on beast-taming services to get income. 

At the same time, Ainsley also promoted sacred beasts meeting between the two guilds.
