Will I be able to do it?

Teddy was making every effort to keep his friend from suspecting him. Since he had already decided that, for the first time in his life, he would put his obligations too high above his dignity and try to save his life, he didn't want his friend to worry about him or try to stop him.

Teddy and Brian were still talking on the phone.

"I revealed that to him since I was frantically attempting to strike up a discussion in order to win his approval as a friend. This location is scary, as you well know, Brian. In case something were to happen to me, I would need a friend close by," Teddy added.

"Mmh really? ", asked Brian.

Teddy laughed nervously and replied, "Of course do you think that I would do something like that imagine!"

"what's up with your voice do you have a fever? ", Brian asked.

I'm feeling better now, but I did have a fever. However, please give me additional information about that place.My friend is genuinely interested in going there. It never occurred to me that he would also believe the madness you had told me about", Teddy said. 

With a heavy breath, Brian answered, "I don't like this friend of yours. I have a feeling that he's a horrible person. I'm hoping that his greed won't have an impact on you."

Teddy laughed. "come on dude you know me better than that"

Brian laughed and responded, "Well, the place is in Sandton. That is all I know. I don't know much about it, but I'll try and ask Felix for additional information about the place, since he's the one who told me about it", said Brian.

Is the place legit? Why does it not appear on the map? I tried searching for it, but it didn't appear", said Teddy.

"Obviously, it won't appear on the map since the place is private. And I'm sure that it is not a normal club. For example, the name of it won't appear outside like others. The place is occupied by people whose reputation would be at stake if the place were revealed to the public. We're talking about politicians here, remember? Just imagine how the country would feel if they found out that maybe the president is gay, and on top of that, he's sleeping with prostitutes", said Brian.

"Wait, what!?, our president is gay? ", Teddy said,shouting.

"I said IMAGINE, you fool! I didn't say that our president is gay", said Brian.

Teddy exclaimed, "Oh, that almost gave me a heart attack."

Brian laughed. "you're an idiot that is why." 

"I have to go now, buddy. Teddy stated, "I need to clean the house because I got scared of the rat and spilled water all over."

Brian gave him a hearty laugh. "You didn't trust me when I told you there were rats there. "You bastard, it served you right," Brian remarked.

"Trust me when I say that I have never seen a big rat like that. I'm even planning to sleep with my shoes on because what if it eats my feet at night? I heard that when rats eat your feet, you can't feel any pain when they're doing it", Teddy said.

"Who told you such a nonsense", said Brian while he was laughing.

"It's my mom, she said that they eat your feet then blew it out so that you won't feel any pain. Until the morning ".

"And you believe that nonsense. You're a fool boy"

"dude this is not a matter of believing it or not. I don't want my feet to be eaten up so I won't take any risks, starting from today I'll be sleeping with shoes on"

Brian's stomach was hurting for laughing at Teddy. "please stop you are killing me now", he said while he was laughing.

Teddy laughed. "bye bye you fool, I'm telling you my pitiful story and you're busy laughing ", he said.

Brian stifled his laughter. "okay I'm quite now I won't laugh at you"

"Don't forget to ask Felix about the address and if he did give it to you please send it via email I need it by the end of today or at least as tomorrow morning"

"Okay then I won't forget", said Brian.

Teddy dropped the call. He placed his phone on the bad and took the water that was on top of the table with water. He then poured the water in the basin, opened the powder detergent poured it in the water and took a mop. He started cleaning up the whole house. When he was done he opened the window so that it would dry off quickly and he went to sit under the shade of his shack to allow his room to dry off, because he didn't want to dirty it. But the smell from outside was not pleasant at all. But he decided to endure it for 10 minutes. When the ten minutes was over, Teddy went inside his room. He closed the window together with the door to block the smell that was coming from outside.

But now he was feeling hot since the weather was sunny. He was sweating a lot which made him to open the windows the door again. "I'll day staying in this shabby place regardless, if I don't die because of the heat I'll surely die because of the smell. I can't stay in this place anytime longer. I need to go back to my house"

Hours passed and Brian didn't not send the address. Teddy was getting restless because he needed to go to that place more than anything. The other loan landers were supposed to come his house tomorrow and his wish was that when they come to look at him there he would already be gone. They told him that they would turn him into a prostitute if he doesn't pay them back their money, that is one of the reason that is worrying Teddy. Which he preferred to do it himself instead of being forced to do it.

It was now 19:00 in the evening, Teddy decided to cook for himself up some noodles, when he was done he did himself a juice poured it in the glass. He went to sit down on his bed and ate. He didn't have any chairs in his room nor a couch, so he had no choice but to sit on the bed whether he's eating or not. He ate his food, when he was done he placed his plate in the table and went back to lay on his bed.

"I swear I'm going to gain weight because of this fucken bed", he said. "I need to buy my self a sofa, but more importantly I need to buy myself a air-conditioning. I have never seen a place that is hot like this, I'm sure that even in hell is not as hot as like this room", he said while he was tossing in his bed.

While he was still laying on his bed in deep thoughts he had his phone ringing. Teddy immediately looked for it to check on the person who was messaging him. He hoped that he was messaged by Brian. When he checked the phone, he saw that Brian had messaged him on WhatsApp. He viewed the message to take a look, only to find the address that he was desperately waiting for.

Teddy repeatedly threw himself into his bed because he was so delighted. Upon receiving the message, he chose to cover himself with a sheet because it was really hot outside and he found it difficult to sleep without covers. Because he was so concerned about his day tomorrow, he tried to go asleep but was unsuccessful.

First of all, he has never been to a club, so he has no idea how it operates. Secondly, because he is underage, he is unsure of how he will get them not to check his ID. But because getting into the club was his only choice, he was prepared to do all it took to get inside.

Thirdly, he didn't have any outfits or money to buy one. All his outfits were outdated. Fourthly, he never dated anyone, so he doesn't know how to flirt with someone. Even though he had girls interested in dating him, he was never interested. But this time around, he was not required to date but to sleep with someone who is of the same gender as him, which is something that is new to him.

Teddy was unable to fall asleep. He chose to take some fever medication because it made him feel sleepy. Upon consuming the prescription for half an hour, he eventually dozed off. Since he didn't want to pass out there, he sought to sleep as much as possible. The club is open from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m., according to Brian. He therefore desired to make the most money feasible during that time.

Teddy just had R600 left, so he made the decision to get some makeup to help cover up his bruises. In order to enter the club without any trouble, he also hopes that the makeup will help him appear slightly older.
