Ch 86: Awakening

Aelar's room was located in the east wing of Grand Tutor Saile's residence.

It was dimly lit, with a single lamp casting a soft glow. 

Inside, placed next to a wall was a rather large bed.

A 16-year-old boy with tousled hair and a pale, tear-streaked face could be seen huddled in the corner of the bed, wrapped in a blanket like a dumpling. 

His hands were pressed to his ears, his face buried in his knees, and his body was trembling.

Tears were streaming down his eyes as he continuously murmured, "Please stop... Please."

When Saile and Gauis arrived there, this was exactly the pitiful sight they saw, and they felt a deep sense of compassion for Aelar and an urgency to help him. 

They went closer.

As they approached him, Aelar's cries grew more fervent, "Please, just stop... I can't... I can't take it anymore..."
