Ch 51: Finding IAT

'Now that I've discovered the characteristics of my Innate Arcane Technique. It's only a matter of time before I become a special-grade enlightened wizard, Valerius thought.

Different types of IAT have different activation conditions.

The condition to activate a Mystical-type IAT was desire, but not just any desire. The desire must be specifically related to the skill's true nature, which was hard to find. No wonder wizards don't easily become enlightened about their techniques. 

Valerius pondered, 'My inner realm shows that my Mystical-type IAT has a great affinity with darkness. The key to activating it should be desiring to manipulate shadows or something along those lines."

At this point, Valerius was overflowing with determination. After all, finding out that he'd one of the rarest types of IAT had left him overjoyed, and knowing that he was only one step away from figuring out its true nature was motivating him to take that step without any break.
