Everything about this is below average. It’s your everyday harem where the girls are spared or forgiven and they fall in love because the MC spouted some bull. The story itself is everywhere no rhythm no good story telling it’s like he wrote it down and was like bam all good. Once again the story is full of plot holes and missing information let alone HEAVY plot armor. I would not recommend

Its hard to read with some many weird things going on. Too many japanese women as samueai, leaders and so in. wich makes no sense. It feels like youre reading a harem anime with a lot of cringe ….

It took me some time to remember who was who and mixed up Mitsuha and Mitsuhide. So, if possible, please post a character profile page so it can be easy on readers who tend to forget easily. thanks!

Honestly, this is not quite good not quite bad. It is just meh. Some character actions are borderline idiotic and the protagonist's plot armor is very healthy. This just feels like your regular run of the mill isekai pure boy with some medical knowledge and a big boatload of naivety.

Great book, truly. Keep it up. The concept is interesting and the character development can be seen. All in all a great read. Hardly any grammatical mistakes as well.
