Yep. Ridley Scott is a legend no doubt, but his stories don't often make sense once you think them through... he's clearly lost his edge in old age. Prometheus was an unmitigated disaster and ruined the 'Alien' franchise for me.
Eh... debatable. Pacino certainly hasn't played roles where such nuance is necessary on screen. But his roles on Broadway show that he is more than capable of it if needed. Also, J.K Simmons would've been too young to play this role, even if he did exist in this AU
true. he did overcome his stutter and unimpressive looks to become a cultural icon recognizable worldwide... that's why he is a legend in his own right... But Charlie Chaplin was not just a comedian... he was everything. Check out his 1940 film 'The Great Dictator'... just the read the first few paras of the wikipedia page. You'll realize why Atkinson can never measure up to Chaplin. He came very close though...
