"Tobirama is actually a good person, but he was too strict with his own rules!" said Hashirama. "Setsuna, what do you think will happen to Konoha? Will it be peace or war?"

Upon hearing Hashirama's question, Setsuna tried to remember the plot and the butterfly effect after his arrival.

First of all, Izuna is still alive, and secondly, he had brought a group of Shinobi, especially Uchiha, to Uzushiogakure. Other than these accomplishments, the other things he did basically fixed themselves and followed the plotline.

The system had reminded him once that everything he did before the activation of the system would be forced to change and follow the original plotline.

So the rules and laws he established in Konoha have basically changed. The thing that hasn't been changed is Izuna. The butterfly effect is that Madara is returning to Konoha. He believed the reason Madara is returning is because Izuna is still alive. If Izuna were dead, Madara would try everything to destroy Konoha and steal a piece of Hashirama's cells.

"I feel Konoha can still survive even after your death. But the tension between clans will become worse, and eventually, it will lead to bloodshed," replied Setsuna.

"Is that the reason you came to Uzushiogakure?" asked Mito.

"Master Mito, I thought you were the Hokage," Setsuna smiled while answering Mito's question. "Yeah, I think by going to Uzushiogakure, it will benefit the Uchiha clan. If the tension becomes too strong, eventually the future Kage will give some benefits to Uchiha."

"Benefits? Uchiha is living well in Konoha. They have some authority and are helping Hashirama as Hokage," Mito was confused by Setsuna's explanation.

"Shodai, do you think after you die, other clans will willingly vote for Uchiha to become Hokage?"

"Hmmm... Yes."

"NO, the answer is NO," cut in Setsuna.

"Even the Senju don't want Uchiha to become Hokage. How can other clans be willing to let Uchiha become the leader?" said Setsuna. "Furthermore, before Konoha, our clan had a lot of enemies because of our unique kekkei genkai. So, the villagers won't support a Hokage from Uchiha."

The tension between them became high, and suddenly...

"Shodai, Mito-sama, honey, the tea is ready," Haruko came with a tray of tea.

"Smells good," said both Hashirama and Mito.

"Hahahaha," Setsuna smiled. "There is a saying I learned: 'An apple a day keeps the doctor away,' but there is another saying, 'A tea a day relieves our fatigue and worry.'"

"Sugooi, where did you learn that word?" asked Hashirama.

"It is a secret," Setsuna tried to ease the mood after talking about politics, and it worked.

"It looks like they are happy living here," said Hashirama, smiling, and then looked at his wife's face.

"Yeah, I can see it from the conversation of those kids," replied Mito.

"Now, I don't know what to say to the Hyuga clan," Hashirama frowned.

"Just tell the truth to them. Tobirama will listen to your words, and the Hyuga clan won't dare to fight with you," said Mito.

"What, Shodai, you can't do this. Now there is proof that Setsuna has kidnapped several Hyuga," said the Hyuga leader angrily.

"Brother, I agree with him. If he can kidnap once, he can do it a second time, a third time, and many more times," retorted Tobirama. "We need to teach that kid a lesson."

"This is my answer. As Hokage, I support him, and he didn't kidnap those people. I saw and talked with them. They were willing to follow him and become residents of Uzushiogakure."

"They will become a threat to Konoha," said Tobirama.

"TOBIRAMA, WATCH YOUR MOUTH!" replied Hashirama, and Mito also glared at him.

"Did you forget that Uzumaki and Senju are longtime allies?" said Mito. "I'm from Uzumaki. Do you mean I'm threatening Konoha?"

"I didn't mean that, sister-in-law."

"You didn't mean that? There is also a benefit if other clans become residents of Uzushiogakure. Our bond will become closer.
