The Sword God! II

BOOM!

An explosion of utmost grandness took place as the blades of both the Sword God and Origin Saber collided.

What would be shocking to one spectating though, would be the fact that the loud explosion took place many moments after the sword of the duo collided with each other.

It was a few moments after both these figures retreated a few hundred meters away from one another, did the booming explosion resound in their surroundings.

Faster than the concept called sound! Well, at least, it was like this on the Sixth floor.

It was similar to planetary levels...

What world laws applied on a Low-Level Planet, wouldn't apply on a Mid-Level or higher planet.

The sixth floor had laws different from the fifth or lower as it was built for Earth Immortal strength, and nothing higher.

This was the reason why when one surpasses the Earth Immortal realm, one is legible to enter the fifth floor of hell as eventually, one could theoretically become strong enough to seamlessly exit the constraints of the tower.

Yet, such a thing had never been recorded as the times an entity had ever surpassed the True Immortal rank was...

Anyway, the aura of the old man suddenly erupted outward as his sclera turned black while his pupils transformed into a silver color.

Sensing his spike in power, Saber followed up with his elemental transformation as his sclera also turned black yet his star-shaped pupils remained in their star state while remaining purple!

"Let's increase this a notch or two!" Saber shouted with a feral smirk on his face, yet his hollow eyes remained as expressionless as ever...

BZZZT!!

A buzzing sound reverberated in the surroundings as the old man zoomed through the air as this Sword God appeared in front of Saber in mere milliseconds!

With his sword's tip pointing toward the night skies, he slashed downward cutting through the very fabrics of space. Opening a void for the world to see..!

Saber raised his sword over his head as the two swords clashed with each other and distorted space even more widely.

CRACK!

BOOM!

As the two swords collided, Saber's eyes bulged as the sound of spider cracks forming on the sword created by the Omniscient Entity began entering his ear.

The shock he felt caused his hand to tremble ever so slightly, yet it was enough as the sudden release in pressure he exerted caused the Sword God's sword's path to be open once more.

A slash that contacted Saber's shoulder bone sent him shooting toward the ground with shocking speed as a booming explosion reverberated throughout his surroundings.

"Do you truly think that you can match me even though you're merely a Level 1 Earth Immortal?

It seems you fail to realize that the higher your cultivation, the bigger increase of power one would get when transforming into their elemental state!!"

The Sword God stated with an unimpressed tone as he slowly sheathed his sword into the scabbard on his waist.

'Huh?!'

But, before he could fully sheathe his sword, his senses warned him of an incoming and possibly deadly attack, approaching him from behind!

"And you fail to realize that one should never underestimate one's opponent!

Especially, an opponent such as I...!!"

Saber's voice entered Sword God's mind.

The next thing he knew was the fact that the world had seemingly turned upside down, making it known that Saber's blade had sliced right through his neck...

THRUM!!

Using a certain ability only his sword held which was teleportation, Saber appeared behind an unsuspecting Sword God as he went on to seamlessly behead him!

These actions left Second Saber in shock as he couldn't believe that his origin was somehow able to end victorious against an Earth Immortal of the Ninth Level.

It showcased the grand and expansive distance between the two in terms of strength as while Second Saber couldn't possibly kill a mere Level Six Earth Immortal...

Here were clear memories showcasing his origin's victorious battle against not a mere Level Six Earth Immortal, but an Earth Immortal at the peak of this realm!

Yet, his shock didn't end there since the next sequence of events would leave him in shock that he couldn't ever possibly imagine.

These were events that went on to not simply shock himself, but also Origin Saber, and were also the reason why Second Saber even gained these memories.

"Wow! That was unexpected!"

The old voice of the Sword God powerfully drummed throughout the surroundings as Saber's shocked and confused eyes looked on in amazement.

The body of the Sword God which he had just detached went on to transform into ice!

BAM!

As it then fell to the ground as it exploded into particles...

On the other hand, Saber didn't care much for this sight as his shock and confusion were caused by the figure that floated a few tens of meters behind him!

It was the figure of the old man who claimed to be the Sword God of this floor as a smile could be seen on this figure's face.

"Interesting. To think that I would need to become serious against someone who has abandoned their weapon.!"

The mutterings of the Sword God entered Saber's ears as he was left confused by the contents.

His confusion though did not last long as he was left utterly petrified by the sight which went on to unfold.

The self-proclaimed Sword God then went on to unsheathe another blade as now his two hands held the handles of two katanas tightly in their grip!

If one was present, they'll see the actions of the old man as they would then question what it had to do with the current situation.

Saber was left in confusion as the old man merely made the action of slashing both his sword downwards and in Saber's direction, thereafter...

Nothing...

Unlike what Saber expected, there wasn't any Sword Intent rushing toward him as he was left afloat in confusion by the actions of the proclaimed Sword God.

Yet, mere moments later...

*Puchi*

*Spurt*

The sound of liquid gushing outward caused Saber who was still shrouded in confusion to dart his gaze toward his left shoulder as the shocking sight of his arm being detached from his shoulder entered his eyes!

THRUM!!

His alarm was made clear from the pair of dilated star-shaped pupils as he could only mutter...

"H-How?!"

Saber's voice which showcased his astonishment resounded throughout his surroundings as the smile on the face of the Sword God widened to his ears...

"As I said, you people abandon your weapon after entering the Immortal realms.

Hence the reason you are unable to even comprehend the true meaning of the title Sword God!"

His words drummed throughout the plane as Saber's body had mysteriously not lost merely his left arm, but one would realize the right leg of Saber was now nowhere to be seen.

"This is not merely Sword Intent of a mortal lifeform... No, this is something much more.

Something that doesn't need to enter the physical world and is unable to be blocked by normal means.

I, who have long been an Immortal Cultivator have surpassed mere Sword Intent and have entered the realm of Will.

This is my Sword Will...!"
