The Depths Of Sea

The beast dared not go anywhere near him, the aura which he reeked off embodied a savage and demonic fiend. His eyes were cold and seemingly indifferent to life as he flashed across the field of rocks with incredible speed.

In under an hour, Saber had passed tens of kilometers and reached a never-ending body of water. Saber watched on with interest as he realized that the largeness of this body of water was way too exaggerated.

He did not stay long watching as he immediately entered the water with his naked body before he began to swim at incredibly fast speeds. Though it could not compare to his speed on land, his swimming speed was still incredibly quick and it was also showing signs of increasing over time.

The deeper Saber went into the water, the more animals and monsters he met. What greatly surprised him was the fact that they did not seem to be afraid of him even though his strength was already multiple levels higher than theirs.

When seeing such a scene, Saber knew that this could only mean one thing. This could only mean that these sea creatures were accustomed to being around lifeforms who radiated strength similar to the current Saber, or possibly radiated strength even higher than the current him!

Saber saw this and he couldn't help but give out a devilishly wicked smirk as he then began doing the only thing in this world that gave him a blood-pumping feeling comparable to experiencing the unknown.

Saber, began killing these species and of course, chomp down on their bodies right after. His speed in which he traveled through the waters slowed down once he began enacting these actions but, he paid no mind since he enjoyed the feeling of killing and eating quite a lot.

'Plus, moving through the waters was already slow since the waters seemed to be indefinite in length, so what was a little extra time.' Saber thought while chomping down on a five-meter silvery scaled fish.

This, also caused his strength to continue to steadily rise, especially since even the weakest of these creatures were twice as strong as the him who had now discovered the rocky field. He realized that the stronger the power of the creatures he ate, the more atomic energy he'll be able to gain from the monsters he eats.

Knowing full well his swim would be an extremely long one since the other land was most probably thousands of kilometers away from his current location, Saber began to slowly make his way there while he also sightsees through the ocean.

What interested him the most was the darkness the deeper he went into the ocean. This piqued his interest immensely, causing him to head towards the ocean bed. He realized that the deeper he went, the more creatures he met and also the stronger these creatures became.

Though he saw this, Saber wasn't worried one bit since he was already at the peak level of the Body Refining realm! Yes, after weeks on land and continuing eating the creatures to almost the level of wiping them out, Saber's strength had grown to such a level where he could be considered overpowered for that area in this world.

Some creatures in this part of the sea though were completely unaware of his true strength and had dared to attack him. With mere flicks of his wrists, Saber blew their bodies tens of meters back to where they came from

But, just as he was heading deeper into the depths of the waters, he suddenly felt the temperature in his surrounding changed. A feeling of oppression was suddenly felt by the sea creatures who were present as seven sea beasts who all had appearances as either killer whales or great white sharks made their appearance.

Saber smiled after seeing such a scene as he said out loud. "Haha, it seems you sea predators have made your appearance!" His voice traveled through the waters while containing slight arrogance and power.

ROAR!!

The beasts only replied with roars making Saber shake his head from side to side with a disappointed expression. He had long realized that these beasts were brainless beings who were unable to speak but, it was still disappointing to see their replies which are always a bellow filled with savageness and inelegance.

Saber did not bother wasting any time as he blasted toward a random shark and punched it with his full power straight onto the nose, sending it flying back through the waters with a serious injury! His fist remained outstretched and his face had a bright smile on his face, his blood was beginning to pump even if he knew that this fight may not be life-threatening.

Behind him, a killer whale approached him with a speed that should not be possible in its current realm. It caught even Saber by surprise but, such a speed was not anywhere near enough to render him unable to react.

Saber evaded to his right and simultaneously attacked with a kick to the right side of the black and white whale. The whale monster was unable to react since Saber's speed was even more unreal than its own, effectively sending it flying similar to how the first monster was.

'Hehe, this is surprising...I, Saber am having incredible amounts of fun by causing my opponents pain?!' Saber thought with confusion and excitement. He was confused that he only realized now, but he was even more excited to uncover the true reason why this seemed to be fun.

In Saber's old world, he did not care to harm any human since they were all pure-hearted people. His personality at that time stopped him from harming persons who had not done anything to him, while also, it forced him to help those who helped him.

He, at that time, had not experienced the world of killing. Even if he had killed multiple animals, they couldn't be compared to killing humans or killing creatures who could end his life. After experiencing this world, he suddenly began feeling that even if someone does something for him, that is only natural.

One must know, in the law of the jungle, the weak serve the strong so when asked if he would go out of his way to help those who previously helped him, he only thought.

'It is only natural that you serve me! I am strong and you are weak. I am magnanimous enough not to kill you even though you try to use me by getting on my good side and then use that to get my protection!'

In the world of the beasts and monsters, the weak have no choice but to try and get protection from the ones stronger than them. This means that to survive, they'll most likely do anything for the stronger creatures, and for some reason, Saber placed the actions of the humans who helped him, under this world's rules.

Swoosh!

Saber flashed through the waters and appeared behind another sea monster as his right fist sent a punch toward the sea beast's body. Thereafter, his hand penetrated the body as black blood began permeating the waters.

"Weaklings like you guys should not have ever stepped in my path!" Saber said, his aura rising as the coldness and indifference for life in his eyes raised a few levels. The bodies of the beasts began shaking once Saber's eyes gained this new outlook but, as Saber was about to continue his one-sided massacre...
