Reader to Protagonist

Have you ever come across a novel where the protagonist is constantly bullied and seeks revenge, only to be bullied again by an even stronger foe, and the cycle continues? What happens when you become the main character in such a novel? Well, that happened to me, so let me take you back to where it all began.

I was born into a middle-class family, but I was always below average. I graduated with average grades and landed an average job with a below-average salary. My life was dull and uneventful, except for one blind date with a woman in her mid-40s who weighed over 100kg. Don't judge me, it's not my fantasy, but it's what I could get. Unfortunately, our relationship hit a rough patch when she broke up with me due to my inability to afford a lavish 5-star restaurant for our dinner date.

The only thing that brought me any joy was reading web novels, particularly those in the Reborn or particular system genres. One day, I stumbled upon a novel that changed my life forever - "Prince's Revive." Set in a fantastical world, the main character could resurrect after death. Although he was weak for most of the novel, he eventually grew stronger, dying and resurrecting every few chapters.

I initially ignored the novel, but my friends kept asking me if I had read it. Eventually, I gave in and read all the 1988 chapters in just one week. And then, I died. Yes, my life was that pathetic. In the end, nobody was around to take my corpse, and I died alone in front of my desk.

But then, something unexpected happened. I became the MC of "Prince's Revive" with a lousy system. At first, I was excited, but then I realized that I had to face the same endless cycle of being bullied and seeking revenge. However, this time, I had a twist - a shitty loli system that brought some humor to the story.
