Chapter 3: First quest and a challenge.

It was a beautiful morning, Goku was on his way to helmond village, a village where a giant monster was hunting innocent people every noon. Goku landed near the Mayor's house who asked for help. He knocked and after a minutes a lovely maid came out and asked him what he wanted. Goku told her he was hear for the job of helping the villagers. She brought her in and asked to have a seat. Soon, an old man who looked to be in his late seventies came and greeted him. He did the same and told him everything. The old man worried of thinking how a kid would save them from a nightmare. He told him that every noon a monster who looked like a half demon comes and destroys houses and kills who ever he sees. Goku nodded and went to the location where the old man told him.

At noon, Goku was relaxing under a tree but something got his attention. A growl, the monster had arrived and was entering the village. Without wasting further time Goku teleported their in a few seconds and saw the monster attacking a woman with a child. He immediately dashed and punched the half demon on the face sending him flying a few meters away. It got crashed in the near by hell and growled in anger.

It's alright, now hurry and find a shelter. This thing won't bother you again I promise.

The woman got up and grabbed the child and went inside a near by house.

Before the monster could get up, Goku dashed in a high speed and kicked in his gut. The monster used it's claw to hit him but he got away right on time and release a big Ki blast. The Monster's arm was not their anymore. Blood started gushing out of it's shoulder. Then he quickly grabbed it's tail and flew high in the sky with him.

Then he swinged the monster in circles and threw it far more upwards in the sky and launched his final attack. Suddenly, a blue light appeared on his hands and grew wider....

K-a-a-m-e-e

H-a-a-a.

M-e-h.

H-a-a-a-a.....

A big wave of energy moved away from his hands and hit the monster creating a big shockwave. Soon, their was nothing in the sky except the one who killed the monster. The monster was completely obliterated.

The villagers saw everything from their naked eyes and also a journalist saw this seen and was writing it's story nonstop. Soon, Goku landed with a smile on his face. The villagers came cheering and thanked him very much. Then everyone went silent. Goku didn't get it but then the mayor of the village came and thanked him with a sad expression. He then began saying.

We're so sorry, we are not wealthy enough to reward you. We needed help but didn't have enough money to get help from a guild. I'm terribly sorry son I should have told you in the start. I'll.....

It's alright, I won't mind, perhaps I should thank you, you guys asked for help, if you're ever in need just come to fairytale guild and everyone will help you no matter what. I don't need the reward besides I wasn't here for the reward I only wanted to help you guys.

With that Goku flew away with an incredible speed. Before he was half away from the guild, a strange thing attacked him but he evaded it. He got alert and focused on his surroundings. The thing looked like a bird with big claws and Sharp peak. The bird attacked him again but he evaded, then he disappeared and appeared behind the bird's neck and broke with some of his strength.

In this world, Ki was more powerful than magic was, he thought that and used a Ki blast burning the bird in ashes. He knew something was wrong and that bird didn't seem to be normal. It was half a monster.

Soon, Goku used instant transmission and was in the guild but he scared happy who was sleeping. He quickly apologized and sat beside Natsu.

Hey, Goku was your job. I think you cleared it without breaking a sweat.

Well it was great. But the villagers didn't have enough money to reward. They needed help to get rid of a monster but didn't have that much money to reward a mage. So, I told them it's alright they have to worry that much.

Really that's cool man. Now a days no one cares about poor people.

By the way, where's Erza? I would love to have a spar with her.
