Izuku Midoriya always wanted to be a hero but it was a far dream, afterall he is quirkless.

Today is the day a sludge villain will attack him under the bridge and start his fated meeting with All-Might, which will mark the start of his journey becoming a great hero but that only true, in another life, another world, another timeline.

The appearance of the countless spaceship and the Aliens that asking for an address to Alpha Centauri the closest Solar System to Earth Solar System is the nail that changes everything.

Charyeok is a contract to borrow the power of a supernatural entity, when accessing the supernatural entity's power they are able to shape it using their imagination and empathy making it their own unique ability. With this theoretically, even if two-person contracting the same being they will have different ability

Ritsu imagination, empathy, and the Power God of all Pokemon even a fake one is not to be underestimated

The moves of pokemon that no matter how you see it is reality breaking even in-universe, maybe its the reason Palkia and Dialga so trigger happy to attack someone that disrupting their work, they are exhausted fixing every bug that comes out thanks to pokemon moves.

Well, its a universe where you can summon barriers, changing weather at will, spam beam attack, if die turned into a ghost, and have a physic power not considered weird.

A slug that hotter than the sun, a guardian that can spam blackhole, a spoon user with the intelligence of a professor but can't talk human, a talking cat, and don't forget the eternal 10 years old protagonist. And all of that its the least weird one…

Ritsu speed using [Extreme Speed] is so fast, sadly it never stated how fast is a pokemon when using the move but the information that she lacked Ritsu cover it using her imagination.

A speed where a human can only see the blur of the user, Ritsu has a teacher with that similar speed, using that as a base of her imagination, Ritsu speed rise until surpassing the sound barrier. Wind resistance? Friction? The amount of energy needed for that explosive rise in speed? All of that kind of physic law ignored if Palkia and Dialga exist in this world both of them will bang their head in frustration.

With that Ritsu arrived and reached the rooftop in less than a second…arriving just behind the boy

From an outsider perspective it as if Ritsu teleported behind the boy

Shinji nodded "Yeah, I noticed. It seems even though 20% of the world population is quirkless is mostly comprised of the old generation. For the current generation, quirkless is quite rare."

"Shinji can I ask for permission?" Ritsu asks

"Permission for what?"

"To teach this kid Charyeok" Ritsu stated

With that, the temperature of the surrounding turned cold. Responding to Shinji mood

"...Do you understand what will you did if you do that Ritsu?" Shinji stares at Ritsu with cold eyes shocking Ritsu greatly "Did you not already see how messed up this world is with just a minor biological evolution? By teaching this kid Charyeok you will literally add the power of supernatural into the mix"

"Ritsu sometimes you must know that knowledge is a curse, I am happy you have sympathy cause that means you have a human heart, but just giving power to this kid isn't gonna solve anything"

It was the same thing as introducing a gun into a gunless world, while Shinji and Illya introducing Magecraft to Assassination classroom, Magecraft purpose is to reach the Root, you need time to build your knowledge and spell to make use into acceptable condition, it was one of the reason why Shinji give them artificial crest, the artificial crest literally skipped 5 generations worth training and knowledge gathering, while Charyeok purpose is to fight, you can literally learn it today and tomorrow become the strongest person in the world.

"...Big brother, please give Ritsu permission just this once" Illya supported

"This kid reminds me of my powerless self before you saved me" Illya look at Midoriya with a smile "Isn't its the same for you big brother? Didn't this kid remind you of yourself before reaching the root?"

Shinji observed Midoriya, while Midoriya still confused at the conversation

'What Illya said is true, this kid presence really reminding me of my past life self. He has the same aura as Nagisa Shiota from Assassination Classroom' Shinji thought 'An ordinary boy with not specialty used as reader projection(audience surrogate) so they can relate to the story…'
