"Ah, its really funny seeing both of your faces though" Zeltrech snickered

Marisbury can only listen to the conversation in silence, Zeltrech for all of his laid back nature still a Wizard Marshall, one of the highest rank in the clock tower, while he is just a simple Lord of Clocktower, so seeing younger magus casually talk to him is a surprise for him.

'It really nearly shock me to the death when I see Zeltrech in my office' Marisbury thought 'He said, he wants to introduce someone that will support and helping me in founding the Chaldea Security Organization'

'I didn't sense anything from the boy but the girl…' Marisbury observed 'That amount of Magic Circuit and Quality is insane. It was as if she was artificially created to make a perfect Magus'

Illya noticing Marisbury gaze decide to ignore it 'He must be shocked at my circuit quality and quantity'

"I see so you are going to use the Holy Grail to obtain funds to make Chaldea Security Organization" Illya concluded finding Marisbury a pleasant conversation partner, while Marisbury like most Magus have an emotional quotient of a rock, he a Magus that doesn't yearn for The Root, one of the rarities that truly uses and learn magecraft for the betterment of humanity

"Then let made an alliance for the Holy Grail Wa next year" Illya offered

"Pardon?" Marisbury shocked finding a magus that want to help him

"While Solomon is an excellent servant in normal Grail War in the Holy Grail war next year he will really-really outmatched " Shinji commented

Marisbury is really in shock that the boy that he dismisses an unimportant know about his plan to summon Solomon

"How? Solomon is the King of Mages! Every Magecraft foundation and rules are set by him and because it was part of his legend in the Throne, that means he can control anything magecraft related in nature! In fact he one of the few heroes that have their power really degraded as Servant!"

Some Heroes in life are just ordinary people but thanks to their fame and legend they ascended a Heroic Spirit gaining power based on their legend while retaining their basic ability in life.

Even as a Servant, a watered-down heroic spirit this still applies. The most blatant example of this is Shakespeare, in life Shakespeare definitely not have the strength equal to 10 theoretically strongest man (E ranked strength)

So their Heroic Spirit form is always stronger than their living form but there is some case where the heroes in question are really strong to the point when they turned into Servant when comparing their power living self, is degraded instead of upgraded.

The reason is because Servant nature is a 'weapon to fight against individual', while Heroic Spirit nature is a 'weapon to fight against world'. So it will makes sense if any servant that have living self that can fight against the world will get their power degraded

Anyway, the degradation of power is only applied if they are summoned as Servants. If they are summoned as full-pledged Heroic Spirit they will still gain the benefit become stronger than their living self

"You are right" Shinji nodded "lets just the war next year will really bad, the currently affirmed contender is an incarnated servant from previous war the King of Heroes, a teenager that one-punch anything to oblivion, a tsundere twin-tail with a system, an evil god that literally dwell in the grail, a fake priest that possessed by said god but still retain clear mind while normally people got insane just in the evil god presence, a half-human homunculus that can literally do anything as long she thinks is possible, a master from the previous war, and myself one of the youngest Magician ever"

Marisbury is speechless

"Still think of participating? Just so you know there no one on that list that even wants the grail, the fake priest that wants to destroy the world for kicks, the teenager that can one-punch anything to oblivion join cause he lives in there and has a severe case of altruism, the twintail tsundere with a system join cause is her duty to guard the land, the evil god just want to manifest, the master from previous war just want to meet his old servant again, King of Heroes just want to fight, I am there just to fight him, the half-human homunculus is in there to keep check on the evil god and hopefully banishing it"

Marisbury turned into 'o' shape since the word fake priest…

"So I suggest you accept the partnership with the half-human homunculus if you didn't want to accidentally death by stray shot or something" Shinji snickered

Needless to say, Marisbury accepts the partnership…this is how Illya and Shinji become one of the three founders of Chaldea

"That was interesting" Shinji commented after Marisbury left escorted by Waver and Gray

"Hehe, you should see his face when I am suddenly appear in his office" Zeltrech snickered "its gold"

"Your reputation as prankster is infamous afterall" Shinj replied and take a deep breath "even thought the meeting with Marisbury unexpected, that not why both of us come here"

"Its about your plan to make sadistic alien" Illya stated "we decide to change it"

"...to be honest I am quite relieved" Zeltrech smirked "that counterpart of mine need some therapy afterall"

Illya and Shinji deadpanned "How about look yourself in the mirror first?"

"...Ignoring that" Zetrech eyes gleamed "tell me about this plan of yours"

Shinji grinned "It can be summed up as…lets troll them!"
