The Third True Magic gained directly from the root, thanks to Shinji Connection to the Root, the Magic advanced from a mere Materialization into total Manipulation. Allowing Shinji to control, create, modify, resurrect, materialize any soul. Everything that happens to the soul using this skill will be reflected in the body/physical form. Fully Controlled

Magic Item Creation (EX)

Can make pretty much anything magical as long he has the material and recipe, in which he can search the recipe in the Root, and can search the material himself, or if he lazy he can order Arceus to make the material. He can't make any scientific item cause he lacks the precision needed to make one, with or without canon Shinji influence Shinji dexterity still average.

Soulscape Inventory (EX)

A hammer-space similar to the one that Gamer power has. It bounded to his soul, it sizes pretty much depends on the soul mana, which for Shinji thanks to The Third is theoretically infinite.

Pocket Universe (EX)

A pocket universe made by Arceus and bound to Shinji soul, Shinji can visit it anytime. It has the size of a solar system(despite its size the solar system work normally) and the earth copy inside of it only have plantation totally lacking any animal…

He has the ability to gain the first hit on every enemy with his high-speed operating simulation, thanks to this skill Xiang Yu was able to predict the future, Due to the unique sense of time gained from precognition, Xiang Yu's thought process is quite different from that of a regular person as a Servant, Xiang Yu is classified as a Berserker.

Race: Elemental

Strength :[Originally strong enough to fight against several servants and win, but because her attempt to blend in human society weakening her, she only as strong as a normal servant now ]

Endurance :[Someone that won't stay dead after being killed, as long her mana reserve exists, she literally can't die…with few exceptions of course]

Agility :[Because often mistaken as a vampire by the executor, her art of running away from human was trained to perfection, still too slow when chased by a bunch of dead apostles though]

Mana :[Contracted to Shinji and can take directly from the planet, Hinako literally a one of of the few, living being that has the most amount mana at disposal]

Luck :[She has the same amount of luck with a certain Hero of Justice…considering her life, it makes sense…]

Blood-Sucking (C)

It is feasible for Consort Yu to deprive a fixed amount of energy of any lifeform – regardless if it is a plant or an animal – and use it for herself. It is strictly different from the act of bloodsucking, but she is recognized as a bloodsucking species because of this ability, so she has come to receive persecution from Executors throughout successive generations

Strength :[A little stronger than your usual 14 years old girl]

Agility :[As quick as someone that trained in assassination, which really quick]

Mana :[Magic Circuit is a battery, the Magic core is a factory, Shinji is theoretically infinite than Illya is the one closest to infinite]

Luck :[It was supposed depending on the Author mood, but thanks to the Child of Nature Skill, a literal blessing from the world, it was higher than Shinji luck]

Wishcraft (EX)

Able to cast a 'something' as long it was perceived by Illya as possible and have enough source energy for it, this skill supposed to just a mere C rank(Only can cast something by the rules of magecraft) but because Illya distorted mindset it turned into EX on accident, and if this keeps going on in the future Illya will develop a Reality Marble

Child of Nature (B)

Is a Skill that represents one as a child born in the Reverse Side of the World that will eventually become the same. Even if they are not naturally occurring life, but living things created by human hands, sometimes even they can receive great blessings from the World. It passively lessens any Gaia influence on the user.

Assassination (EX)

An assassination skill Illya gained by following the class E training, it was an assassination skill engineered to fight against super-life-form that capable reach 20 times speed of sound in a matter of second, if used to target normal human, the target pretty much death.

AKA: Arceus the Second, Alpha Pokemon, Pokemon God

Race: Pokemon

Strength :[As strong as original Arceus, which means even not at full power still can beat the hell pokemon local equivalent of Time, Space and Anti-Matter without breaking a sweat]

Endurance :[As strong as original Arceus, at its full-power (All Plates Equipped) Arceus practically invincible. Still can be knocked out though if facing firepower like a meteor that end the dinosaur…even then, the knocked out Arceus didn't suffer any wound ]

Agility :[Quite fast, still if at your fullpower you are invincible you are forgiven if you didn't train your speed]

Aura :[Arceus is the creator of Pokemon Universe, if it lacks something Arceus can just make it…]

Luck :[This is the Pokemon that born with everything, need to say more?]

Pokemon Universe Creator: The One Who Create The Pokemon World (Fake)

The ability to create anything in Pokemon World, not as strong as the original, Arceus can create anything from the pokemon world. Arceus cannot make his own plates though because Arceus plates were something that Arceus was born with, it was not created by his own power.

If Arceus creates a universe the universe will randomly generate, just like if you create a new game in Minecraft, you can create it but didn't know anything about it until you explore it but unlike Minecraft, Arceus can decide the parameter when creating it.

Strength :[A little weaker than your usual 14 years old girl, but considering she still adapting to human limb it is understandable]

Endurance :[She supposed to have the endurance of 14 years old girl but Shinji tinker it a bit so now she can walk into a raging bullet fight without taking a scratch]

Agility :[Ritsu is really slow, understandable because she is still adapting to human limb]

Mana :[Her mana reserve is above average noble family heirs thanks to her artificial crest]

Luck :[Her luck rival a certain hero of justice, considering in the original distant finale sooner or later she will outlive her classmate, a fate worse than death for any sentient being, so is rather justified]

Skill:

Technopathy/Hacking (D)

Ritsu can literally wrestle the control of any computer interface above certain specs(Most computer after the year 2000 is fair game but below that year is depend on the specs) and using it better than her own human limbs, basically, on a certain computer, she is unrivaled unless facing another AI entity that has sentience like her.

Parallel Mind (B+)

As former pure Artificial Intelligence, she can process many things at once. She literally can do 28 different tasks minimum at the same time and can be higher but unlike AI that limited by its specs(that means she can change specs for better parallel mind processing) human brain has limited power for many different tasks. Currently, 40-80 different task is the limit before her brain got headaches…

Artificial Crest (A)

Artificial Magic Crest that Shinji makes and distributes to Class E. It contains useful practical spell and safety to make sure the user didn't accidentally blow themselves up. It gives the user above-average mana reserve

Race: Blazer(Human)

Strength :[She has perfect control of her own body, she strong enough to fight against some servant and win. She is a Desperado her strength will continue to grow with training]

Endurance :[Her endurance already surpassing the limitation of flesh. She only just one way short from servant passive conceptual defense. She is a Desperado her endurance will continue to grow with training]

Agility :[She quick enough to surpass Mach 1 easily. She is a Desperado her agility will continue to grow with training]

Mana :[While maybe not infinite but she can put most magus family reserve to shame. She is a Desperado her mana will continue to grow with training]

Luck :[She is desperado, something like luck loses its meaning]

Blazer: Contract Administration

Her ability as a Blazer is a causation manipulation, which is towards "contracts", letting her form binding contracts with other people.

Schrift: A {'Aegis'}

An ability imprinted by Shinji to Edelweiss soul. It allows Edelweiss to choose any number of target. The target she chooses will become 'unable to be harmed directly' as long Edelweiss mana didn't exhaust. Edelweiss also can track her target and teleport directly to them, essentially making her to become the most versatile shield

If a person makes a promise in front of her Testament(Twin Wing like sword Device) and if the person were to break it, then their hearts will be torn apart. Though it doesn't have combat effectiveness, its binding power is unrivaled.

Scarred Order: Subjugation by Violence

This is a Noble Art, which lets Edelweiss issue strong commands to those opponents she injures.

Edelweiss' Swordsmanship (EX)

She wields unique swordsmanship not meant for normal humans to the point of being referred to as a godly technique, it involves moving all of her muscles in unison, a feat that requires her to control/change her bodies' nerve signals thus letting Edelweiss accelerate herself as well as her sword slashes from zero-to-one hundred in an instant, this also converts all her energy into attack power and causes invisible slashes that don't create the slightest vibrations in the air
