All the world leader is speechless but then they are looking around the room where they gather…and suddenly realize it looks like the room of evil final antagonist in some generic sci-fi or supernatural story…

'First, this guy come from literally a hole between space, create more space so his mount can go inside and the first thing he noticed it the room…and not all of us that literally the gathering of a world leader that can make any ordinary person stand still in fear of offending us ' the smart#1 world leader shakes his head and fix his glasses while staring at Shinji face 'well as someone part of natural after seeing yesterday live feed and his current feat to create a hole between space just now, with all of our nations might combine, I doubt we can even harm him'

"Arceus create some light" Shinji ordered, the place where the world leader gather is really creepy. A room where various adults gather in dark? Shinji feels the need to protect his back…

The world leader was slackjawed seeing a fireball just created in front of them but the smart#2 seeing something different and decide to ask to clear his doubt

'Acknowledged Creator' with that order Arceus create a hole in space and Shinji directly dragged the two delusional-scared-a-shitless leader by hand, their bodyguard just frozen in fear in front of such power…

'Should I kill both of them?' Shinji thought 'well their action didn't even harm Hinako and Xiang Yu but letting them scot-free not good for my reputation because other stupid people will try again'

Looking at the world leaders tense face Shinji got an idea…

'To become a leader of a nation needs a lot of politics right? Politic needs a lot of lying and thick face, that means…' Shinji kill both of them scaring the other world leader who watching and start to tinker with both of the delusional souls 'if I make them always saying what on their mind, and can't hide their thought always replying with full truth isn't it a fate worse than death for politician??! I am a genius!'

Finished, Shinji proceeds to revive them while the watching world leaders fascinated seeing the scene

Feeling satisfied Shinji waved at the world leader "well I already give these guys the punishment they deserve, so I don't need any reason to stay in this place" with that statement Shinji proceeds to leave the shady meeting room with Arceus.

Let us just say both of the delusional world leaders will experience hell on earth thanks to their punishment but Author didn't have any reason to star them again, frankly, they already surpassed Hinako, Xiang Yu, and Illya in screentime just in this arc alone...

Ritsu can literally wrestle the control of any computer interface above certain specs(Most computer after the year 2000 is fair game but below that year is dependent on the specs) and using it better than her own human limbs, basically, on a certain computer, she is unrivaled unless facing another AI entity that has sentience like her former-self. The more advanced the computer is the better.

Parallel Mind (B+)

As former pure Artificial Intelligence, she can process many things at once. She literally can do 28 different tasks minimum at the same time and can be higher but unlike AI that limited by their specs(that means she can upgrade her specs for better parallel mind processing) human brain has limited power for many different tasks. Currently, 40-80 different task is the limit before her head got a minor headaches…
