Leaving Yui's party I went to my room in the palace, before I go to fight an entire fleet I should make a defence for myself. I plan on fighting the soldiers on the ship as well, but I don't plan on getting another arrow to the head or chest.

Ice armour isn't very reliable, I'd have to build up a thick layer of ice to keep arrows from penetrating it, whereas I can make thin metal composite armour that even bullets can't penetrate, even though firearms aren't used here... luckily gunpowder hasn't been invented yet.

'Well, well, well, who's going to make armour here, eh?'

Well, what am I supposed to do, go bare-assed against an entire fleet? Magic is magic, but you don't have to make it idiotic, and making armour out of a composite of metals is also a good training in Metal Magic.

'You... I'm incorrigible, no matter how much you limit us, we're going to start crafting something anyway... okay, just make your armour already, just without all the magic tricks.'

Yeah, thanks for the permission, I'm so generous... eh, I thought I was cured of schizophrenia by now....

'Dream on, I just made your personality as much like me as possible, so I don't interfere much.'

So, in addition to gold and silver, I was able to absorb some other metals from the volcano. For example, there were hundreds of times more ordinary iron in the volcano than gold and silver, but my domain isn't that spacious right now, so I immediately converted all the not-so-valuable metals into energy to expand the domain, but after decomposing one gram of iron, I get ten times less Qi energy than decomposing one gram of gold. And this does not take into account the fact that gold additionally accumulates the Qi of the Earth, and as a result gold is several tens of times more valuable to me than iron.

For me the value of metal is measured by two points, the first is its density, the denser the substance, the more Qi energy can be extracted from it. In principle, and ordinary iron under some conditions can contain more energy than gold, for example, iron from the blood of strong magical monsters, but if we talk about the extraction of metals from the Earth's crust, the first principle works here: the denser the metal - the more valuable it is. The second point is the ability of the metal to store and conduct energy, the same silver is valuable precisely because of this point, it can not boast of density, but the energy Qi accumulates almost as much as gold.

Because of the density of gold, two tonnes of this metal takes up the volume of a cube with an edge of thirty-seven centimetres, so it's quite small, silver has a density of almost half as much, so a tonne of this metal also takes up the volume of a cube of forty-seven centimetres. I now have a domain of one cubic metre, so I can put anything heavy in there, but not too big.

From the volcano I have been able to extract metals close in density to gold, or metals more dense than gold, but the volume of the latter is very small. The domain holds about a hundred kilograms of tungsten, a few tens of kilograms of platinum, a couple of tens of kilograms each of iridium and osmium... and that's pretty much it. There was also plutonium and uranium, but they were toxic and radioactive, they would be quite difficult to find a use for, and I wasn't going to start nuclear reactors, so I turned them into Qi right away.

Tungsten, osmium, iridium and platinum are very hard, dense, heavy and strong metals, I want to make composite armour out of them, but of all the metals only tungsten was easy to control, it accumulated fire Qi with which I control any metal, but osmium and iridium were incredibly difficult to control... but it was a good training.

The layers of composite armour were thin enough, but very durable, I could spend three days to make a full armour, and I started with head protection. And so it wouldn't be a boring helmet, from the front it would look like the mask of an Oni - that is, an evil spirit, basically a horned demon.

As I was creating the mask little by little, Korra and Katara entered my room without any knocking, and Yui also froze in the doorway.

- You have to knock, what if I was naked? - I looked at the girls.

- Can I come in? - Yui asked, with my necklace still hanging around her neck, and she had even taken off her coat so that the necklace was fully visible.

- Of course princess, even if you caught me naked, I would still allow you in. - I replied.

Yui entered the room, and sat on the bed, while the sisters sat on the sofa, and I sat at the table, on which I had placed a metal sheet, so that drops of molten metal during the work would not damage the furniture.

- What is the meeting about? - I looked round at the girls, I had to suspend my work, I need all my attention to control the metal.

- I don't know, maybe about the nearly hundred Fire Nation ships coming here to genocide the Northern Water Tribe and kill me at the same time. - said Korra.

- Yeah, that's not a bad excuse, so what did you want to talk about? - I turned fully to the girls and looked at them intently.

- Do you remember when you were wounded during the battle on that big ship, I thought you were killed and suddenly became very strong? I think I entered the Avatar State then, and I think if I can enter that state again, I can help you in the battle against the Fire Nation fleet. - Korra said.

- But you can't enter that state on your own right now, can you? Last time, you were helped by the strong emotions caused by the sight of my kind of death. I plan to go to battle in three days, right after I make my armour. If you can learn to enter the Avatar State in three days, then we can go to the fight together, but without it, you'll be in great danger, and you should stay here and continue training in Water Magic. - I replied.

- Hela, why did you choose to fight the Fire Nation fleet yourself? You are certainly a strong warrior and mage, but it is too reckless and dangerous. - said Yui with concern.

- I'll tell you a secret... I'm a Fire Nation prince... a runaway prince to be precise. I've disliked everything the Fire Nation has done in the last hundred years since I was a child, especially what my ancestors did, so I ran away to find a power far from home that would help me undo everything my bloodthirsty people have done in the last century. I met Bing Xi Feng at the South Pole, who taught me Ice Magic, but I haven't lost the powers I was born with. - I stood up and lit a flame on my left hand and covered my right hand with ice.

- ...' Yui looked at Katara and Korra's faces.

- We know who he is, even though we didn't find out that long ago. It was shocking news for me, and Katara wanted to stop communicating with Hen, but he has proven himself to be an opponent of the Fire Nation and has helped us many times. - Korra replied.

- Yes, Hela has a pedigree that, when revealed, makes people distrust him, and I'm like that myself, even though I've known him for years. - Katara added.

- I need to think about it. - Yui stood up and quickly left the room.

- It seems that nothing will happen to you now with the princess of the Northern Tribe. - Katara said in a clearly happy voice.

- Katara, I think you're holding back a smile right now. - I said, and turned back to my desk, continuing to create the mask.

- Well, yes, there is such a thing. - Katara smiled broadly.

- You girls better get to training, especially Korra. I'm not the Avatar, so I don't know how I can help you get into the Avatar State, but try meditating. - I advised.

- I'll try to learn how to enter the Avatar State, and if I don't succeed, I'll fly with you for nothing. - Korra added.

- If you don't succeed, you're not going anywhere. - I replied.

- I'm the Avatar, and I decide what I do, okay? - Korra said and looked at me intently.

- Without the Avatar State, I am stronger than you, and I can decide what you do, understand? - I responded to Korra's stare with my own gaze, 'I've trained you for years, and I don't want my efforts to be in vain. One arrow in your head, Korra, and we'll have to wait for the next Avatar to appear because of the death of the last one, and then we'll have to wait for him to come into power, and that's about sixteen years, during which time the whole world will turn into a Fire Nation Empire. - I said, and began to look more sternly at Korra.

- I'm going to go train. - Korra could not withstand my gaze, and left the room with Katara.

From my armour I first started to make a mask, because it was going to be the most difficult part of the protective suit. I can hold my breath for more than ten minutes, but I have to surface to get air, and at that point I can be attacked by ships, so I decided to build an oxygen supply into the mask.

At low temperatures, air liquefies and becomes a liquid, at temperatures close to absolute zero, oxygen crystallises and becomes a solid.

I can easily create ice from pure oxygen, then fill small canisters with such ice, and build them into a mask. By heating the canister, I will melt the oxygen ice and turn it into oxygen for breathing. Plus, I can stock up on these little solid oxygen canisters, and change them when needed with a space pocket.

Also, I'm not immune to poisons, if there are poisonous substances in the air, it will have a bad effect on my condition, before regeneration neutralises the poison and its effects, I'll be weakened, so a mask with its own supply of pure oxygen won't be superfluous.

The internal construction of the mask was a pain in the arse, creating a system of valves, filters and a system of carbon dioxide extraction... but creating this mask was nothing like creating a huge cyborg, so by morning the mask was ready. The mask itself looked like a white scary toothy Oni face, with two horns on its head and two spikes growing on its chin. On the left side the horns, spikes, eye and eyebrow were coloured red, and on the right side it was all coloured blue.

Towards morning, when it was still dark outside, someone suddenly decided to come to my door, I put on my mask, and decided to lurk behind the door.

- I wanted to talk...I couldn't sleep all night and I was thinking...' Yui spoke up, entering my room, and not finding me, she decided to look around, 'Evil spirit! - the girl shouted loudly, turning round behind me and seeing me in my mask.

- What a piercing scream you have, princess. - I took off the mask.

- You... you fool!' shouted Yui, 'And I have come to give you your necklace, and to tell you that I will marry Hann! You're the prince of the Fire Nation! You fooled me, I fell in love with you, and you turned out to be...' said Yui, and began to take off her necklace.

- Wait, I don't need this necklace, I made it for you, if you don't need it, you can give it to the maid, or throw it into the sea... and I didn't want to deceive you, that's why I told you everything. If you want to marry Hann, then so be it. Korra and Katara and I were supposed to leave the Northern Tribe soon anyway. I like you, Princess Yui, but I always knew we couldn't be together. I only interfered in your marriage to Han so that you could be happy with a more suitable husband. I am a prince and I understand the responsibility of the people... but I ran away from that responsibility while you chose to sacrifice yourself for the people... a sacrifice of sorts, to be honest. The benefits of marrying Hannah are not worth it for such a beautiful girl to live her life with a man she doesn't love. But, it's up to you Yui, if you want to marry Hannah, be my guest, if you don't want to wear my gift, throw it away, your fate is in your hands. Anyway, so as not to bother you, I'll leave the Northern Water Tribe, I'll be back in three days to check on Korra. - I took all my stuff out of my room, and went outside and jumped into the air, jetting out of my hands.

I flew far away from the Northern Tribe and landing on an icy mountain, I decided to fill the tanks with oxygen ice, for which I began to lower the temperature near me, crystallising the air and separating oxygen crystals from it, which I began to fill small canisters with.

After filling the mask with the canisters, I put it on and inhaled almost pure oxygen, then I decided to test my Fire Magic. My flame turned bright yellow, which shows that its temperature has increased, and by adding more fire Qi from the domain to the flame, I made the flame turn bright white, which means that the temperature of this fire is about six thousand degrees.

And Azula was already able to shoot blue flames with a temperature of ten thousand degrees when she was a child. I have a suspicion that in addition to Fire Magic, Azula uses Air Magic to pump oxygen into her fire, because our great-grandfather was an Avatar, and although my Ice Magic does not come from that fact, the fact that I am related to an Avatar has definitely helped me in mastering several elements at once.

I also tested the mask underwater, and it worked fine, so I found a cave on a nearby islet, and set about making the rest of the armour.

After the agreed time, I flew back to the Northern Tribe, and looked for Korra, but the first one I found was Bing, she was sitting on top of the chief's palace.

- Hello, Bing.

- Why are you dressed up like an evil spirit? - asked the ice phoenix, sitting on my shoulder.

- It's to scare people. I wanted to ask you where Korra was, but I already found her. - I looked down from the top of the palace. Right behind the palace I saw a small oasis, where there was a pond and even green grass.

Swimming in the pond were two koi fish, La and Tui, two spirits of the Ocean and the Moon. They were like a Yin-Yang sign, one fish was black with a white dot on its head, and the other was white with a black dot on its head.

Next to the pond where the spirits were swimming, Korra was meditating, not far from her were Katara and Yui.

- How's it going? - I landed next to the Spirit Pond.

- Evil Spirit! - Katara shouted and attacked me with water.

- Good reflexes. - I waved my hand, freezing the attack, - Be careful around the spirits of the Moon and Ocean. - I warned.

- Hela? Is that you?' Katara interjected.

- 'I am.' I took off my mask. 'Greetings, Princess Yui. - I looked at the silver-haired girl who was wearing Hann's necklace again... eh, it's a pity to miss such a beauty... but she and I really don't have much chance to be together.

- It didn't work out for me. - I even dipped my head in the Spirit Pond, but I still couldn't enter the Avatar State. - said the frustrated girl.

- That's too bad, the ships will be arriving at the Northern Tribe tomorrow night, there's no time to wait. We can't let them get too close so they can use their catapults and trebuchets to fire shells at the city. Then I'll go on my own. - I put the mask back on my face.

- No, I'll go with you, maybe I can enter the Avatar State in battle. - Korra got up and came to me, - Bing, will you take me to the flotilla? - The girl asked.

- Look, Bing, you're a spirit, can you merge with Korra's body? If she wants to go into battle so badly, and she can't merge with Rava's spirit to enter the Avatar State, maybe she can merge with you. - I suggested an option.

- Spirits can do that, but I've never done it before. But Korra is the Avatar, the bridge between spirits and humans. It'd be a lot easier for a spirit to merge with her. In principle, I can try it, I'm also curious to see if it works or not. - The ice phoenix sat on Korra's shoulder.

- Okay, I agree, try it. - Corra nodded confidently.

- If only I knew how to do it. - Bing said quietly, and hugged Corra with her wings, began to cover her completely with ice, soon they turned into a block of ice, which after a dozen seconds began to shrink, and now before us stood Corra merged with Bing Si Feng, she looked like an ice harpy ... almost naked ice harpy, all the most interesting places that covered the ice.

- Interesting sensation. - said Bing's voice with Korra's voice in it, -I feel stronger. - Korra's voice prevailed this time.

- Well, I guess my idea worked. Let's go stop the Fire Nation fleet. - I looked at Korra the harpy.

- I'll go with you. I'm a strong Waterbender, too. - Katara said, and a stream of water began to fly around her to demonstrate her words.

- No, you stay. - said Korra.

- No, I will go. You are my sister, and I want to fight beside you. - Katara insisted.

- Let's tie her up and fly away, I've got some strong ropes that won't be cut by water. - I suggested.

- Go ahead, tie her up tight. - Korra nodded, and froze her sister so that I could bind her hands and feet.

- Sister, if you don't untie me now and take me with you, I'll be very angry with you. - said Katara.

- Don't be offended, as long as you stay alive. - I decided to cover Katara's mouth so that she wouldn't scream for nothing, - That's it, lie down in the safe Oasis of Spirits. Yui, keep an eye on her. - I gently laid Katara down on the grass and stroked her bottom before moving away from the bound girl.

- Now let's fly. - Korra took off and I joined her, heading towards the flotilla that was already approaching the Northern Water Tribe.
