Noah was screaming in pain for having too much Qi entering his body quickly and having no way to control it, and that uncontrolled Qi was causing several internal wounds in his body.

Seeing all the blood he had spit on the floor at the last moment, Noah began to wonder if that was really a good idea, if trying to seek power in the easiest way would be that good.

While he was thinking if he should really have done that, and without being able to concentrate with that agonizing pain he was feeling with that sensation of small knives cutting every cell in his body, Noah opened his eyes, looked ahead and said "You know, I really I adore you dearly again! When the system started helping him, Noah finally understood what the big mistake he was making.

However Noah was still not satisfied with just that, he hadn't suffered so much for just a little more Qi, and with the blood of the phoenix still falling on his body, he concentrated as much as possible, placing both his body and his own. in harmony and began to willingly absorb as much blood Qi as possible into his body.

And when the Qi started to enter his body quickly he screamed for feeling an absurd pain, but knowing that that pain was caused by himself, Noah with his eyes full of tears continued to quickly absorb all the Qi that was at his around.

In the first twenty minutes that he was absorbing Qi, Noah was not yet used to it so even though he knew how to get Qi under his control, he still felt that excruciating pain every time some large amount of Qi entered his body, and as he was absorbing everything around him, Noah felt this pain over and over again.

Then after 50 minutes had passed with Noah focused on his meditation, to at least try to forget the pain he felt for his body, he remembered that in the technique that the system had given him he said that it was necessary to gather all the Qi in his Dantian, he I was already doing this, but I was gathering Qi after it had already entered your body.

But after remembering that, Noah tried to stop absorbing Qi throughout his body and focused only on absorbing his Dantian.

And after having spent another 30 minutes with Noah absorbing Qi directly into his Dantian, he realized that in doing so he felt much less pain than before, to tell you the truth compared to before the pain he now felt was almost nil.

So now basically without feeling any pain, Noah being even more greedy than before, he tried to absorb Qi even more quickly and more into his body. And after trying to increase the speed and the amount of Qi entering his body for 20 minutes, he finally got it.
