"Hah..." Peter sighed opening his glowing red eyes, as he finished meditating. Smirking to himself, Peter raised his hands as red mana began swirling around his elevated hand. Clenching his fists, Peter stopped circulating the mana as he got up.

"How are you feeling, Peter?" Eryl questioned as Peter smiled.

"Fantastic, the process was a success. With Total Control creating a mana pool/magic core was barely a hurdle. Plus, I was able to observe the process closely and accurately through my mindscape." Peter replied. "The core is already mature so testing and practising various magic should be safe now."

"Besides modifying your body for optimal magic usage have made any other breakthrough?" Eryl asked curiously as Peter scratched his head reaching for the bottle.

"Even though I knew there would be a lot of different types of magic and various magic system I never expected it to be this much. From what I have researched, there are four main categories of magic so far based on the structure and construction of the magic. Incantation, Invocation-Evocation, Will-Based Magic and Rune-Based Magic." Peter said rubbing his chin as he gulped down water. "Incantation means chanting a phrase or series of specific words for the access to a certain type of magic or its effect."

"Hmm, I see."

"Invocation-Evocation means to call a being, deity or a personification of an energy or an idea by name to provide assistance or to summon them into the physical plane." Peter explained as he pondered upon the nature of the magic. "Will-Based Magic means manipulation of an energy or an element solely with the imagination and the user's will for the desired effect."

"Noted."

"And lastly, Rune-Based Magic which means to call upon the arcane power of runes, ancient symbols and sigils and putting them in an orderly manner for the desired effect. I decided to categorise magic in such a fashion because that seems most accurate to me as there are too many types of magic. And although I've differentiated the magic into such categories, there are numerous cases where we see a synergy between two types of magic or all four of them combined for a single effect. I thought Runic magic would be the easiest to learn but it would appear that it's the most difficult as Runic Magic is certainly a major key in most types of magic. The original creators of the spells must have utilised Runes to create their magic." Peter breathed in as Eryl processed the information.

"I... I am not sure I quite understand."

"The best way to explain it would be that rune magic is like programming to create magic. Runes would be the variables. Variables put together in a certain order would be the script and the finished magic would be a working programme-" Peter froze mid-sentence as he suddenly had an epiphany. "I... I think I'm onto something, Eryl. Prepare all the runic tomes, books and the data I have gathered. Eryl, start the construction of AI, the requirements would be-"

"Peter! We had postponed the construction of Nano-Machine AI for a later date for a reason. We have been unable to make any progress with it-"

"I know it well, but I just had a realisation about Runic Magic and the best way to utilise it but for that, I need a blank canvas, a brand new AI. Push rest of the projects back, construction of the AI and Nanobots takes the utmost priority." Peter informed Eryl as he walked out of the training room and began walking towards his study in an urgent manner.

"This is happening sooner than I thought it would."

"Peter, I've purchased the materials you requested." Susan said as she entered Peter's lab with a crate in her hand. "Where should I place this?"

Peter who was working wearing was studying the original Nanobot he found in OsCorp, turned towards Susan and smiled.

"Hey honey, thanks for that. You can place it right in my hands." Peter smiled as he got up from his seat and received the crate from Susan who gave him a soft kiss. Placing the crate on the table, Peter rubbed his hands in excitement as he opened it. "Mmhmm~ Let's see what we got here. Overcharger, nano-circuits, fusion reactors, that and that too and-"

"You know, getting most of this was a piece of cake but the special item you requested. That was a huge pain in the ass." Susan sighed as she sat in Peter's chair and rested her chin on her palm as she observed her lover geek out over the material she bought with a gentle smile. "I had Yuri spy on Hank to keep tracks on him as Wraith and wait for the perfect opportunity. Last night was that opportunity, Hank had left to meet up with a friend in Germany and so I personal infiltrated his home and acquire the-"

"Aha! The mythical Pym Particles!" Peter grinned as Susan sighed before smiling at him. Observing the red vial for a moment Peter put the vial in a chamber for Eryl to analyse and recreate it. "I see, I see. It must have been exhausting, huh?"

"It was." Susan replied smirking as Peter approached her with a similar smirk. "I almost alerted all the ants in his house. How are you going to make it up to me?"

"How do you want me to make it up to you?" Peter grabbed Susan by the waist and pulled her close. He planted soft kisses on Susan's neck before tracing her collarbone with his tongue. "Do you have something in mind?"

"Oh, trust me I do. I have something on my mind" Susan replied seductively as she grabbed Peter's member and began rubbing it over his pants. "And I want it in my pussy too."

"Heh?" Peter smirked as Susan grabbed his face and pulled him into an aggressive kiss.

"Right now." Susan said in a tone that clearly told Peter that she wouldn't take no as an answer.

Not that he was going to say no in the first place.

"As you wish, my darling~" Peter said as he spun Susan over and pushed her onto the table. Grabbing her top, Peter smirked as he tore it off and grabbed her naked breasts. "You aren't getting any rest tonight."

"Peter?! Are you even listening?!" Gwen pouted as she looked at Peter who was once again working on a Nanobot with an annoyed glare.

"Loud and clear, ma'am." Peter said softly as he pulled back from the Nanobot and set his tools on the table beside the Nanobot. "Since I stopped attending classes five days ago, Felicia has constantly been bugging you about my whereabouts and why I don't pick up her calls or why I don't text her back and then there is the asshole Ryan who is hugging you, her and MJ to get into your pants. Accurate?"

"Well... That's right." Gwen harrumphed as she folded her arms and looked away playfully.

"Well, my research is in a critical stage right so I can't come to the Uni as of now. Once I finish this up, which will be very soon, I'll come back and then I'll deal with Ryan. Is that fine?" Peter suggested and Gwen nodded.

"Well, that's fine but... About Felicia?"

"What about her?"

"What? Don't you see what's happening?!" Gwen looked at Peter with an exasperated look as he scratched his cheek sheepishly. "Calling you ten times a day! Double when you are not in the university! Texting you every five minutes! Always competing with me and MJ for the seat next to you! Trying to hog your attention, always and in any way possible! Sending you nudes-"

"Oh, come on! They weren't nudes-"

"I'm not done! It's clear that she's interested in you!" Gwen finally stopped as her chest heaved heavily.

"Well, she told me that she would never be interested in me even if I was the last person on earth, haha." Peter laughed as he waved the matter off.

"That's what she told us too! That you weren't her type! But look at that hussy now!" Gwen hissed. "It's like he's a fucking cat who's trying to imprint her scent on you! Marking you as hers!"

Peter winced internally as Gwen's deduction landed very close to the mark.

"Well, I'm not entertaining her if that makes you feel any better." Peter replied as he patted his lap gesturing for Gwen to take a seat. Gwen pouted but sat in his lap nonetheless. "I don't know what's going on in her brain but I know she has something for me. But I don't think it's genuine feelings for me at least, not entirely. It's something else mixed with a bit of affection. Either way, I don't have time to decipher her issues. Plus, I already have you all. I'm happy."

"I know." Gwen replied in a soft voice as she wrapped her hand around Peter's neck and looked in his eyes. "It's just that, she makes me a bit insecure."

"What? Are you for real?! The Amazing Spider-Gwen is insecure?! That's funny-Ouch! That hurt!" Peter winced playfully as Gwen pinched his cheek.

"No, it does not. Also, it's not funny, Peter." Gwen looked at Peter. "Felicia is one heck of a hot bitch-"

"Fucking language, woman." Peter grinned as he smacked Gwen's ass which made her stick her tongue out in a teasing manner.

"Fuck you, Peter. Anyways, as I was saying she is really, really attractive and even as a woman myself I have to admit that. I am only able to match her in appearance after you bit me and I transformed and even now I feel like I'm unable to... I feel like she is trying to steal you from us and sometimes I'm scared that she might succeed. I'm scared. I don't want you to forget me-"

"Stop." Peter interrupted Gwen firmly as he looked into her eyes. "Whatever the hell you are thinking, just stop. Stop thinking. Stop doubting yourself. You all are more than just pretty faces and I love you for more than just your appearances. Nobody is going to take me away from you and I swear to God, no matter who comes and goes in my life, as long as you love me like I do, I would never treat you any lesser."

"Peter..."

"I love you more than you can imagine." Peter smiled as Gwen shoved her face in Peter's chest in a clumsy attempt to hide her embarrassment.

"Geez, you are so cheesy!" Gwen mumbled out as Peter laughed.

"Just the way you like it~" Peter grinned as Gwen looked up at him with a happy smile.

"True. Just the way I like it." Gwen closed her eyes and leaned in for a kiss to which Peter happily complied. "I love you too."

"I know you do." Peter winked back which made Gwen giggle.

"So... How far have you progressed with the nanobots." Gwen questioned to which Peter replied with a simple smile.

"I was stuck in a bottleneck for a while but after getting my hands on the Pym Particles we have been able to operate on levels we haven't been able to prior. After studying the discarded nanobots I found at OsCorp and after my own research and study the prototype Nanobot I'm constructing right now is only as big as 0.6 mm. After various improvements, I can make it smaller and more powerful. After test runs, I'll mass produce them and construct an AI especially to handle the Nano-Machine and then we'll move to the next stage of my elaborate nefarious plan." Peter smiled with excitement as Gwen have Peter an odd look. "What?"

"Do you know just how much you sound and look like a psychopath when you talk in this manner?" Gwen deadpanned as Peter made a fake hurt expression.

"What?! How can you be so cruel to me, Gwen?! I thought you loved me!"

"I still love you stupid." Gwen giggled as she kissed him on the cheek.

"And I can't wait to see just what you are going to do next."

"Haha, me neither-"

"Even though you are a psychopath."

"Hey!"

"Hehe."

Anyways, Marvel has a shit ton of magic and magic users and there isn't a specific category to simplify it and almost every magic power system is really inconsistent. So I have tried my best to categorise the magic not by elements but by its basic and initial nature of it. I hope there isn't any confusion. If there is any let me know and also if there is any hole in my theory then let me know how I can fix it.

Also, I recently picked up Spirit Farmer (Manhwa) and Isekai Nonbiri Nouka (Manga). Although I suspect some of you might be aware but if you are not then I definitely recommend you to read it. Both are slice of life and farming realted. I was really stressed out the past few days so reading this definitely helped relieve it even if a bit.
