48 Sexy Green Issue VI: Lethality

"Nothing can stop me.." Spider-Man said as he crushed the camera with his bare hand. The cameraman couldn't hold it anymore and just straight up darted out of the room.

"What are you doing?! Do you know how expensive a professional camera is-"

"Jameson. Shut up." Spider-Man said interrupting his rant as he turned towards him. Jameson's throat dried up. He backed towards the wall as Spider-Man approach him.

"W-What do you want-ack!" Jameson's words were literally stuck in his throat as Spider-Man grabbed his neck and pinned him against the wall.

"What do I want?" Spider-Man hummed as he pondered thoughtfully and he concluded. "There is nothing you can give me Jameson. Nothing at all. Your life is merely a tiny annoyance to me and your disappearance wouldn't bother, not even a... little. Do you understand?"

"I... I do."

"Good. But you owe these people the truth. I want you to do your fucking job. Tell the people the truth." Spider-Man said as Jameson's eyes widened. "You want to call me a criminal, murderer, a degenerate right? Go ahead, do it. It's true. Tell the people, see if I give a fuck. In fact, from time to time I'll be broadcasting the slaughter on social media. If you want evidence, I'll give you the evidence. It won't make a difference."

"W-What are you talking about-"

"Brand, Jameson... Brand. You'll understand soon enough-Anyways which also reminds me, go follow me on YouTube, IG and Twitter since I'll be posting all the evidence over there. Convenient right?" Spider-Man said.

"Y-You are crazy-kuk!"

"Damn, right I am." Spider-Man gritted out as he increased the pressure around his neck as Jameson struggled to breathe. "I'm not going to be hiding anymore Jameson, so you better get this straight. You do your job, label me as a mass murderer, I don't care. But, tell the truth."

"I-"

"But the moment you twist it even a little to elevate your fucking agenda, I swear to god I'll twist your neck so hard that your whole spine would resemble a spiral staircase." Spider-Man said as Jameson began shaking. "Are we clear?"

"C-Crystal.." Jameson stuttered out weakly.

"Good." Spider-Man said as he let go of Jameson's neck.

"*Cough!**Cough.*" Jameson slid to the ground coughing roughly as he tried to fill his lungs with air. Spider-Man walked towards the hole in the glass panel where he came from, ready to leave, but Jameson has something to say. "You... Y-You won't get away with this for a long time."

"Hmm?" Spider-Man turned his head in amusement as Jameson pointed his finger at him.

"You are a fucking psychopath!" Jameson shrieked but Spider-Man just chuckled.

"What a beautiful change." Spider-Man said with an easy smile. "Funny what a hard talk can do to a person, aye? It's not even been a minute and you are already spitting facts."

"W-What-"

"I am a damn psychopath and the funny thing is..." Spider-Man smirked as he looked at Jameson. "No one can do anything about it."

"..."

"And my rebuttal to your first statement is... Yes, I will get away with it." Spider-Man gave Jameson a mock salute. "Watch me."

Jameson could do nothing but grit his teeth as he watched Spider-Man lean back and jump out of the building in style, getting away after humiliating him in front of the world.

"Damn you, Spider-Man!"

"Hah!" Spider-Man chuckled as he heard Jameson rage. Spider-Man webbed a nearby billboard and swung gaining momentum as navigated through the concrete jungle as he approached the destination he had in his mind. "Eryl, approaching in a few."

"All set, Peter." Eryl replied as Spider-Man landed on the rooftop of a building. Spider-Man walked towards the edge of the building and jumped off without a care. Approaching the ground at an alarming rate Spider-Man disappeared before he could hit the bottom.

The wind suddenly picked up as the low revving sound of a turbine rang out through the basketball court. The inhabitants of the building looked out of their windows once as they heard the mysterious sound once again.

As the winds picked up more and more a part of the sky flickered and a slick, black aircraft glitched into appearance.

"Alright, Eryl." Spider-Man said he sat on the chair as four robotic arms stripped him out of his old suit before they began dressing him up in a new one. Peter smirked as the arms masked him once again. "You ready?"

"110%"

"Good." Spider-Man said as the visor glowed ominously. The dark grey spider symbol on his chest glistened as Spider-Man took control of the aircraft. "It's showtime."

The hypersonic jet took off with a sonic boom as Spider-Man began to set co-ordinate.

"Eryl now might be a good time to use the remote ground bridge." Spider-Man said as Eryl began connecting with the base.

"Understood, charging up RGB 2.0. Activating the portal in 3... 2... 1! Activate!" Eryl said as a blue portal tore open in space in the trajectory of Spider-Man's jet.

Spider-Man sped through the portal and as he exited he found himself in the Neveda desert only a few thousand meters away from the military base where Ross and William were currently hiding in.

"Peter, they have noticed us-"

"But it's too late now." Spider-Man said as he walked and got up from his seat as Eryl took control of the aircraft. Walking towards the end of the ship Spider-Man was fearless as the hatch opened up. "I'm already here."

"All the best Peter." Eryl said as Spider-Man just smirked under his mask. "Happy hunting."

"Thanks, Eryl." Spider-Man replied as he jumped out of the hatch. "I'm gonna enjoy this one."

Spider-Man nose-dived towards the military base as the soldiers below scrambled around like a headless chicken.

"Careful, you are in the crosshair. I'll sabotage the turrets in the meanwhile." Eryl said as Spider-Man simply hummed.

"Open, fire!" The commander said as the soldiers aimed and the Gatling guns opened fire at him. Spider-Man simply crossed his arms in front of his face as the bullets harmlessly bounces off his chest and top of his skull. "Keep firing!"

"Fire!"

"Shoot! Shoot! Shoot!"

"Hah... You all are so annoying." Spider-Man muttered to himself as he suddenly released a shockwave of electricity, dispersing a huge chuck of bullets that were headed for him. Spider-Man dived further ahead, weaving through the hail of bullets, occasionally avoiding rockets as he braced himself for an incredibly round landing.

Spider-Man began to spin as he coated himself with his black and red bio-electricity.

"Incoming! Take cover!" The commander screamed as he saw the electricity wrapped projectile, that was Spider-Man, head straight for the watchtower.

*Boom!*

Spider-Man tore through the building like butter and the whole structure collapsed in a matter of seconds.

"Everybody, regroup! Remain vigilant!"

Buried underneath the rubble Spider-Man groaned softly.

"Ouch." Spider-Man said.

"Ouch? Eighty-two percent of your muscle mass has been vastly damaged, and almost all of your bones are broken-"

"Eryl, not a word more." Spider-Man said as he pushed the rubble of his body with a grunt. "I'll be as good as new in a matter of seconds."

And wasn't that the truth.

Spider-Man blasted out of the rubble as he created another shockwave.

"T-There he is! Engage!"

"You fools never learn, do you?" Spider-Man shook his head as just swatted aside a bullet aimed at his head. "Have to teach you all a bit differently.."

Spider-Man webbed the nearest soldier and pulled the man towards him. Cocking his hand back, Spider-Man didn't hold back as he unleashed a devastating blow.

The soldiers didn't even realise he was dead, as the middle of his body had been turned into a bloody mess.

The dead soldier's body made a sick, wet sound as it hit the ground. The remaining of his internals spilt out of his torn body as his face was frozen in shock and disbelief.

"Hah..." Spider-Man sighed as he looked at the sky. His right half was covered in blood and bits of internal organs. The rest of the soldiers just stood there mortified as Spider-Man bathed in the blood of their fallen comrade. "Guess, lethality is it."

Spider-Man's body surged with electricity as he burst into action without a warning, leaving a trail of electricity and blood as he cut through the canon fodder like a hot knife through butter.

Before one body could hit the ground Spider-Man would kill three more.

He was ruthless.

He was unforgiving.

"Ahhh!" A soldier screamed as Spider-Man tore the right side of his abdomen with one swipe of talons, exposing his entrails as they fell to the ground. Grabbing the exposed rib of the man, Spider-Man kicked him away tearing the rib out before grabbing another soldier by the neck and stabbing him in the mouth with the broken bone of his comrade.

Letting go of the dying man, choking on his own blood, Spider-Man turned towards the remaining soldiers who flinched as he looked at them.

Wiping the blood off his visor, smearing it across his mask, Spider-Man sighed as he crouched picking up the D-Eagle that was on the fallen soldier's waist.

Spider-Man casually walked off the pile of bodies at his fast. Each step he took ahead, the soldiers would take two steps back unconsciously. Spider-Man inspected the gun as he approached a wary soldier.

"So... Where is Ross?"

"I would rather die-"

*Bang!*

"So, be it." Spider-Man hummed as poked the guy he just shot in the neck with the muzzle. Spider-Man turned the muzzle towards another soldier who flinched but shakily aimed his own gun at Spider-Man.

"Ahhh, don't be like that. You know bullets can't hurt me, right?" Spider-Man asked with mirth in his voice as he tilted his head, visors glowing red. "Now, where is Ross?"

"I won't tell you anything-"

*Bang!**Bang!*

"Wrong answer." Spider-Man said shooting the guy in the knee and then in his temple. Spider-Man smirked as he released his bloodlust. "Looks like we'll have to resort to uncivilized negotiation once more."

"Y-You won't get away with this Spider-Man! General Ross will-"

"Lucky for you. This negotiation is my speciality and my personal favourite." Spider-Man grinned as his form flickered.

*Bang!**Bang!**Bang!*

Gunshots resonated through the area as Spider-Man weaved through waves of soldiers, shooting and maiming them as he pleased.

Spider-Man hit the man's wrist with the butt of the gun as he dropped the knife in his hand, grabbing the outstretched hand Spider-Man poked the muzzle on the inner side of the elbow before pulling the trigger blowing the hand off.

"Ahhhh!-"

*Bang!*

"That was unnecessary... But, it's fun." Spider-Man said as he shot the guy in the eye before shooting more of the soldiers.

"Pastor, I want to confess." Spider-Man said as he grabbed a soldier from behind and put him in a chokehold. "Ross is going to come out eventually. I didn't even have to kill you. He's mad, he's pissed, just in the exact mood I want him to be and as we are talking right now, Striker is already juicing him up, so killing you all was unnecessary, but what can I say..."

"Ackk!" The soldier's eyes were wide with terror as he clawed at Spider-Man's hands in a desperate attempt to save his neck.

"That was all an excuse to kill you." Spider-Man whispered in the soldier's ears before twisting his neck killing him. Spider-Man looked at the dead body at his feet and just sighed. "You got that on camera?"

"4K. Livestreaming on your social media accounts. The government is trying to shut you down but they are no match for me." Eryl informed as Spider-Man nodded.

"Good." Spider-Man looked at the floating sphere from a distance. It was a camera drone which has been capturing all the atrocities Spider-Man is committing and live-streaming it for the whole world to see. "Get ready, I sense the finale is near."

"Was this a good idea?" Eryl asked as Spider-Man just smiled to himself.

"Wasn't the most tactful. I'll have more enemies than I'll ever have friends or allies but I could give a fuck less. The world can see, I'm not hiding, they can talk, but I'm not listening to the shit they have to say, they will try to put me down, and they will fail." Spider-Man said as his enhanced hearing picked up a rage-filled roar in the distance. Spider-Man clenched his fists as he turned towards the main building.

"That is a promise."

"Spider-Man!!!" A booming voice was heard as the walls of the base crumbled and from the falling wreckage jumped out a huge red muscled giant. The giant landed on the ground creating a crater as its yellow eyes looked at Spider-Man with vile intentions. The Red Hulk pulled out a Gatling gun and aimed at Spider-Man. "This is the end of the line Spider-Man! Today is the day your story ends! Today you die!"

The Gatling gun began spinning as the muzzle began hitting up.

"Nah, I don't think so." Spider-Man simply shrugged it off as he began walking toward the Red Hulk.

"Die!!!"

*Bang!**Bang!**Bang!*

Bullets began to fly as Spider-Man advanced. Spider-Man only grunted as the bullets bounced off his skin.

"You are fucking stupid, aren't you?" Spider-Man growled as he lowered his body slightly before bursting in a sprint towards Red Hulk, against the hailstorm of bullets. Jumping as he approached Ross, Spider-Man cocked his hand back as Black Bio-Electricity lit up around the limb. "Bullets don't hurt me!"

"Argh!" Red Hulk was forced to a knee as Spider-Man socked him hard in the face, tearing his left side off. Spider-Man didn't give him a chance to recover as he ejected his stinger and gutted him in the abdomen, stabbing through, towards the other side. "Ahhhh!"

"Told you I would gut you like a pig." Spider-Man said making Red Hulk snarl in rage. Growling, the Red Monster pulled his head back and headbutted Spider-Man hard in the head, sending him back staggering as well as pulling out the stinger in the process.

Spider-Man blinked a couple of times as he regained his bearings quickly. Putting a strong foot back he stopped himself from falling as he looked up through his cracked lense. A lone slitted eye, glowing red ominously. Growling, Spider-Man pulled his head back before headbutting the Red Hulk back with greater force.

"Argh!" Red Hulk staggered as his vision turned blurry but Spider-Man wouldn't let go. Grabbing the gamma-powered pretender by his hair he headbutted him in the face. One time, two times, three times, he kept at it again and again. Increasing the force behind the headbutts with each hit.

"How does it feel-"

"Ahhh!-"

"To be outsmarted-"

"Arck!-"

"Forced into a corner-"

"Argh-"

"Desperate enough to turn yourself into the very thing you despised-"

"A-Ahh..."

"Only to be overpowered, manhandled, bullied, destroyed-"

"U-Ugh...."

"So easily that it's funny-"

"...."

"It's humiliating it's it. Like your manhood has been stripped from you? Good-"

"..."

"Because this! Is what you get for fucking-"

"..."

"With-"

"..."

"Me!"

"...Peter?"

"Yeah?"

"I think... he's dead..."

"Oh..."

"..."

"Just like... that?"

"Yeah..."

"Ohh..." Spider-Man repeated as he looked at the badly, mangled, pasty maw, that used to be Red Hulk's visage. Letting go of the body Spider-Man wiped the blood and chunk of red flesh that was sticking on his facemask. "I think some of his blood got inside the suit. Eww... Even his blood tastes like shit."

"I don't think it's a good idea to consume gamma-irradiated blood, especially considering your ever-evolving physiology-"

"I know, Eryl. It's already in my bloodstream I think." Spider-Man said as he stretched his back. "Anyways, cut the live stream and deploy the Spartans and wipe this place clean. Kill all the soldiers, download everything soft, take the hard data, any asset of their, transfer it to the base and burn this place to the ground."

"Roger. Stryker is already in the air."

"Courtesy of a long-distance jumping, blue monkey I presume?"

"Precisely."

"Satellites on Alkali lake, we are sweeping the place in a few weeks." Spider-Man said. "Also, dissect this red bastard. His blood is already in my bloodstream, I don't want to turn into a giant, bulgy dumbass so let's see what we can do it."

"Roger. Also, about your fight with Ross. It was kind of... Anticlimactic."

"I know right? Makes me wonder why was I even worried about this bitch in the first place."

"Anyways, you should rest. You turned into a worldwide phenomenon in a matter of a few hours." Eryl said with amusement as Spider-Man just sighed with a small smile. "Starting tomorrow you will have to deal with the consequences of your star-power."

"Don't you mean infamy?"

"Well, that's debatable considering I already see more and a few stan accounts emerging across various platforms." Eryl said giggling in amusement.

"Damn."

Anyways... Your new chapter.

So, gamma blood in Peter's bloodstream. Frankly, I don't want him to turn into a hulking meat wall so I'm not gonna bulk him up. I was thinking of taking the Izuku Midoriya route if you know what I mean. It would break his muscles and bones a first few times but with this adaptive body, his body can evolve enough in time to contain all that power. What do you all say?

Also, Why did Red Hulk get killed so easily? One, because Peter is already too strong. Killed Abomination, knocked out Strong Guy and Juggernaut remember? If he lost to Red Hulk it would be insulting to those three characters before. Two, Red Hulk is nowhere near as powerful as Hulk. Hell, I don't think he is even as powerful as Abomination on a bad day but that's just my bias.

I know he gets physically hotter as he gets agitated which gives him explosive strength but Spider-Man kept headbutting him. Which, you'd if you have ever gotten into a brawl, scrambles your brain if done properly. Also, Spider-Man didn't give him any chance to recover which eventually lead to his brain turning into a mushy paste, killing him.

Anyways, let me know what you think. If Red Hulk's death doesn't feel justified then just think that author just nerfed him to make way for Spider-Parker.

Anyways, I'll see you in the next one.
