Kaze nodded calmly without any inquiries.

This made the undercover guide confused.

However, before he could take a few steps, Kaze's icy voice resounded.

"Did I tell you to leave?"

Along with his words, a giant golden-red fox tail appeared, flexing and releasing a surge of electricity.

In an instant, the unsuspecting ANBU ninja was completely wrapped up by the tail, and evil chakra continuously emanated from it, scorching the ninja's skin.

"What... what are you doing!?"

Suppressing his fear, the ANBU ninja rebuked forcefully, "I'm here to guide you on behalf of Lord Hokage and assist you in rescuing your comrades!"

"Why did you run away, then?" Kaze smirked, but there was no trace of humor in his eyes.

Suddenly, the office door was pushed open from the outside, and Danzō's arrogant voice echoed inside.

"Sarutobi, did you call me here to apologize?"

Danzō, with bandages wrapped around his body, entered along with Yamashiro Aoba and a member of the Hyūga clan.

Obviously, after the death of Yamanako, he quickly found strong replacements for his personal guards.

"You should be the one apologizing to me, Danzō!" Sarutobi's voice was loud, and the smile on his face quickly faded.

His gaze towards Danzō was filled with dissatisfaction.

This was clearly Sarutobi's way of using Kaze to deal with him!
