CHAPTER 17

Ron immediately performed first aid for her and looked for a place where she could lie down.

He didn't know what to do; perhaps it was an accident, or perhaps someone was trying to kill them, but first he needed to make sure his sister was safe.

After Ron's careful care, Anna finally wakes up.

He got some water for her to drink and waited for her to speak.

Anna exclaimed, "Brother, someone is targeting us." She looked so frightened.

"What do you mean, sis, what happens when I'm not there?"

I was quietly cultivating in my room when I heard someone open the door. I thought it was you, but when I was about to see you, I got petrified when I saw a man pointing a gun at my head. I immediately hid inside my room, but the man was not alone. I heard them talking, and they said that they would burn the house. I was so afraid that I could not move. Then, all of a sudden, everything lights up and burns. I could not breath because of the smoke and then and then................ Anna cried and hugged Ron.

Ron is shaking in anger. That means that someone tried to kill them.

"Sis, do you remember the face of the man?"

I wasn't able to see his face because it was covered with a mask, but I remember what they said before burning the house. They said that their boss, Gong, would be delighted once they informed him about burning the house.

Enraged, Ron memorized Boss's name and swore that he would find that man and get revenge.

"Sis, Don't worry, we can easily replace that house. "

" What how?"

" Because I am now a cultivator and I found a recipe and made a deal with the alchemy store, we now have a huge amount of money."

Anna was flabbergasted at first but eventually convinced when Ron showed his transformed state. They first spent their first night at the inn to rest.

He said that he would make his true appearance on the first day of the academy. The elders then just reminded him to present the plank so that he could enter the academy anytime.

Ron penetrated every enemy with his flying knife. It was flying back and forth, and whenever the knife flew out to kill enemies, Ron dashed out himself and killed another one with his bare hand, which was coated with thunder.

His movements are swift and decisive, as if he has transformed into a killing machine, as the scene of his sister's injury plays over and over in his mind. His very soul is enraged, and he is unconcerned about the system's constant ringing of notifications.
