"owww" Jack really slap the other side of her face!

Really?

Jack thinks that she was an idiot doing what Jean said.

Looking at her reflection in the mirror with both red palm mark in each side of her face, she now know this is real! She is alive and 18 years old again!

Opening her phone, looking in the time and date. Right now was in 5th of Novemberr year XXXX. She never forget that it was in May 22 this year where it started. Counting the days, there still 6 months left!

Squeezing her fist, thinking that she still has time left to prepare. Her eyes become sharp, although her physical strength was incomparable to those evolve humans and ability users, her fighting will and instinct are well cultivated in the last days deep into her soul. In order for her and her family not getting starve, she actively participated in dangerous missions even she knows that the use of people like her are just a cannon fodder. She also struggle her revenge until the end although it was a tragic end... with this experience as a start up is not bad. She can atleast make sure to make her family's life comfortable until the last days starts.

Breathing deeply, she calms her emotions. Its impossible for her emotions not to be stirred knowing this is her second chance! She can prepare and can have a family again.

A fragrant smell occupy her sence of smell, she can't help but sniff for more. How long had it been since she smell this fragrance. She feels like she was drooling already!

"gruuuuuhhh"

Her stomach sound out, indicating its owner must hurry out and eat. Without hesitation, she scrambled out of her room, running so fast and jumping from the second floor and also jumping above the sofa set!

"nani?!"

The people in the dinning table are all in daze their jaw almost fall down. Jean can't help but rub his eyes, his sister seems to jump from the second floor also jump above from the sofa set? Regarding that both sofa which was facing it other have some meters away from each other with a coffee table in between.. He don't remember his sister was an athlete! He can't believe her sister become a wonder woman for a minute!

Trotting towards the dinning table, Jack found her seat beside her mother, sitting like a well behave child. She is wearing her favourite spongebob pajama, she looks like a harmless girl, not even panting, it was like she was not the one who just did the amazing feat just now.

For her, those moves are normal since the last day even a normal person should train their body to have more safety assurance.

Suddenly feeling the eyes looking at her was bit strange, she almost slap her self again! She forgot... She should not be able to do this kind of things right now.

"ehem... good morning! I'm so hungry I can only think of mom's food... Hehehe"

Her words means, she didn't even know what she had done so don't look at her like a new discovered specie!

Also while saying this, she coquettishly hold the end of her mother's apron. Acting spoiled, she doesn't have to act, this was her hobby since she was with her family except if there was an outsider.

Her mother can't help but squeeze her chicks. Her older brother just smiled thinking that this sister of his has a lot of antics but it makes the family warm... so just let her do whatever she want.

Jean on the other hand was grumbling about her and making Jack feel like kicking him. She was thankful that her family let her go and didn't ask anything except for this little monkey which keeps on grumbling, if they ask anything... She doesn't know what to tell them. She wants to tell them what she had experience and what will going to happen but she doesn't have evidence, although they will give importance to what she said, they may not believe in it!

Staying all of this out of her mind for a while, she fucos her self to the food in the table. Taking a banana, peeling the skin and putting it whole in Jeans open mouth who was in front of her...

"..." Jean who actually want to ask the two palm prints on her sister's chicks...

" Hmmp! Don't ruin my mood, you little monkey!"

Cursing his younger brother in her mind and giving him a contemptuous look. She start stuffing food into her mouth like a hungry wolf.

"ehem!" her father make a sound.

But sorry for this, Jack didn't hear it at all. In the last days, she either eat once a day or not at all. The food in the last days was so incomparable! Jack has a sensitive sence of taste and she can cook but in the last days she accept that she can only eat those spoiled or trash like food to lessen her hunger. If she was fortunate she can get materials with her livelyhood skill and can make her life a little at ease for a while.

Thinking of those experiences, Jack can't help but to stuff more food to her mouth forgetting that she was with her family right now.

Her father didn't bother her anymore but give her a glass of water instead. A concerned eyes looking at her. No one bothered her anymore, while eating they even give her food if the food in front of her was consumed. Her mother and grandmother even went to kitchen to cook more.

Eating with a teary eyes, after all with this movement of her family she can notice that they didn't bother her, they even concerned about her.

After half an hour of eating, Jack can't help but burp a little. Holding her bulging stomach, she feel like vomiting but she hold her self, food are precious!

Even her family can see what she was doing, looking at her face turn green with all of her food in take. They can see that this girl was going to vomit but keep on insisting to swallowed it back! They are now really puzzled of what she was thinking right now.

"Jean, go get the digestive tablet in medicine cabinet..." Lianne ask Jean. Lianne Alberts was the name of their mother.

"Okey mom"... Looking to jack "tsk! Why you have to eat too much? Your like a pig." Saying this, Jean didn't delay and speed up to get the medicine. Jack only give him a sharp look.

"Jaquilou, this was still breakfast we still have 2 meals later and if you want you can eat in between, you don't have to make your self uncomfortable? no?" John Alberts said. This was her older brother. She know they are only concerned about her but she don't want to keep her behavior towards her family, she wants them to see the change in her first so she can open up to them and talked to them about the upcoming situations.

"Mom, dad, elder bother, gramps, gran gran,..." looking to each one of them seriously. "Please observe me within this time... I can't say anything now but please take note of my behaviour and what I said. After a certain time I will talked to you again."

Her father would like to say something but Jean come and destroyed the atmosphere. "Sister here, you can take this. I will walked with you outside after."

"okey. Come on!" taking the medicine directly without drinking water, she stood up and walk briskly. All the person that was left just look at you, look at me but can't say anything. They felt wierd for a reason that this happy go lucky girl become a bit unpredictable suddenly. She has something about her that they can't explain, no, something change but they can't see it.

They also take note that Jack didn't even drink water after taking a medicine. They all know that she was most disgusted of taking of any kinds of medicine!

If they don't know there daughter, mother and father Alberts will suspect that thier daughter was taken away by someone else. Since their daughter say something seriously, they will do it according to what she said. It was also the same as grandpa and grandma, they love their grandchildren.

Outside the hause, Jack and Jean are walking side by side, there was a lot of neighbours here but they are not that close with each other. Mostly some just rent for a shelter because it was cheap and not that far from the main city. Others don't stay much because of work and school. So even there's a lot of neighbours, they don't come out often to have a talk or make friends, maybe some mothers who stay here for a long years make a gossip to have something to talked about.

"How about let's go in the court sister? Let's look, they said it was renovated for future used" Jean ask her while dragging her the way to the court. She don't have to answer cause she was drag away anyway.

Jean talked a lot and share her some gossips, she only listen. In fact she was thinking, why she had said it to her family. She thinks that it would be better to tell them this first since they can't agree to what she could possibly ask to them, let them observe her first and the changes she could give them.

"sister, sister!" she heard Jean calling her.

It seems she was absent minded while walking, she didn't even notice they are already inside the court.

"what are you thinking? Are you worried or something?" Jean ask her, don't look at Jean just because he was only 16 years old but this guy was probably the most sensitive in their family.

"I sense that your talking so seriously with them but you seem doesn't want to say anymore so I disturb all of you intentionally there" Jean confess

"oh, nothing. Thank you by the way! I really don't want to explaine much, they might think I'm crazy if I does" Jack smiled and said this.

To say who was the person who annoyed her the most? Of course it was Jean! They will irritate each other if they are in their home, but to ask her who was close to her she will say it was Jean. He will listen to her if she has problem, he know if she was in bad mood, he may not say that he cares but he will do things that shows it. Like right now, he knows their was something wrong with her. Even in that life, he suffered so much for her. She can't help but choke, she prevent herself from sobbing but she couldn't control it at all.

"hey! Why are you crying? Mom will scold me if she know this Okey? Your so big and older than me but you still crying.... Hey I'd didn't quarrel you.... Stop crying Okey?" Jean was flustered of Jack's sobbing. He didn't know why Jack suddenly cry.

"no... Sniffed it just that... Sniffed.... I'm so emotional right now, you just.. Sniffed... Shut up so I could calm down Okey?" saying this Jack cry more, as if all her emotions was release for an instant! Fortunately there's no other person in the court or else they will get some education about bullying because right now Jack looks like getting bullied.

Jean feels wrong, he doesn't do anything why she cried so much? Is my sister has something wrong with her brain? Looking at his sister beside him, who keeps on howling with her red nose and her puffy red eyes. He suddenly regret taking her with him for a walk.

After 10 minutes of crying, Jack face was a mess, her tears wet her face and there was an evidence of snott in her nose. Looking at her brother beside her, grabbing his sleave and wipe it to her face. Jean feel like pushing her away! This sister of him was really shameless!

"are you done? I got almost scared and want to go home, are you retarded sister?" Jean spoke to her with a very disgusted expression he don't even forget to wipe his sleave at the back of Jack's shirt.

"If I was retarded your mentally ill! Remember we are siblings. Don't think any stupid" Jack answered back.

"oh yes! I want to ask you something!" Jack thinks that except from Jean anyone wouldn't belive her immediately but Jean was different, he will listen to her explanations. She believes that she can convince her brother!

"oh, what is it? I got some bad premonition about this though." Jean said with some curiosity.

"Jean, what will you do if an apocalypse come?"...
