Court declaration of war and new policy

Susima continued while everyone was shocked, "Maharaj I found one thing most confusing that is why a title should be passed down from generation to generation it was the title given to that particular person not to their family."

"So this policy to should be also stopped the inheritance of titles."

After hearing this nobles started trambling in anger they know if this policy got passed none of them will be able to pass there titles to their childrens.
