The grinding system

This story is of course reincarnation. Our Mc is like every day man(but have a special mindset) until one day, he suddenly have a heart attack in his own home, cause his mind twist and turn, hardly standing up just to fall down head first. But only to swirling on the ground before his pain go away. But to his surprise, he felt his body seem to be heavier than what his body use to. Despite his thought of how ridiculous it was for him to have a heart attack and be a veggie on the next second, he still try his best to move a finger first then slowly move another part later. But no matter how hard he tries, he only, hardly, move a single finger before the feeling of tired creep into his mind force him to rest. Suddenly,"ting" he heard a sound. A sound like a game character leveling up and a sheet like board show up in his mind displayed weirdly clear, it unlikely he had gone nut despite what he had been through in a few second,he sees himself suppose to be very calm. A line flash up in his mind showing showing that he is clearly he didn`t lose his mind.
