The game(app development) and creating new skills

(note: tho this chapter might be a bit of a info dumping chapter, i recommend reading it, after all, what else you got to do:')

'ok, so I've been wanting to do this for a while now, create skill universal library, all books ever created in the whole universe will be found there, and any new book will be installed into my brain before entering the library as well.'

[ding* created skill, universal library, the library is created in a separate dimension made specifically to be a library, any new book made will pass through host' s mind before entering the library, 1 year inside the library is equal to a day in the outside world]

'ok, that's one down, next create skill pyramid of truth.'

[Ding* skill pyramid of truth created, using the pyramid of truth, you will be able to see where each person stands, how far they are from the top or where they rank in their profession, you could use it on a single planet, or even the whole universe] (kind of a food chain, you see who gets eaten, and who eats)

'ok time to begin studying, i wanna study books on how to develop an app, then i will spread that app to all the civilizations that have internet, then i will add a forum platform to see people's discussions... So the main point of the app will be what is happening with our lovely candidates, i already increased the time flow on those planets so that 10 years on those planets equal to a year outside, of course every action our mc does will be recorded, and when there is enough recording, they will be put together into a small episode, also, the episodes should come in both anime form and a real show, looking like it's acted, that will be interesting, okay time to start studying on how to develop an app that could do all this by itself, so i need to learn on artificial intelligence as well, so that it could learn how to do it, amd get even better, ok that's the main point of things, let's go.' said ash to himself, planning his actions.

'right, since im just starting, and i can tell that's going to take a while, i better change the time flow once again.' after entering the library, ash used his manipulation skill to further change the time flow so that 10 years inside will equal to a day on the outside.

'ok lets get to studying shall we.'

(note: ima just skip what the hell he studied, cuz im not gonna pretend like i know what the hell he studied, ima just say he became super smart after studying, tho i will show parts of him developing the app, and him developing the artificial intelligence, or i might just do something else XD)

'aghhg, finally done, those books almost had my brain turn into a potato, thankfully my brain is enhanced as my level increases.... Hmm, how much time did i spend studying?'

'hmm, i actually spent 19 years studying, ayyyy. Anyways, i better start developing the app, ok first, find a good app development software, so the best app development software from a level 3 civilization should do(according to the kardashev scale, a type 3 civilization or a level 3 civilization is a civilization that holds control of an entire galaxy, levels above 3 have not been mentioned but i will still probably create them)

'Ok i need a computer, a X7Z would do, okay, load onto the main stream internet there, download CXz on our computer, start developing, first i want to build the artificial intelligence, it should be able to learn anything related to the app, and have a hardware able to process everything happening, and answer the user's questions almost immediately, since there are an almost infinite number of sentient beings having access to the internet, let's assume half of them actually download the app, it's gonna need at least 30 yottabytes of hardware to be able to process all this, and assuming that it is also going to have to take the info from the recording and edit them and allthat 73 yottabytes of power for you, so how do i get that kind of hardware, simple, ask the system'

Looking at the store, he saw many different hardwares, some of them the size of a vila while others were so small they were simply chips. Some came in different shapes, he even found some of them that actually looked like a bracelet. Eventually he decided to pick a manly looking bracelet, it was jet black. Installing a big amount of qi and mana in, though it didn't contain qi but it was classified as a high level mortal item, and so the number of qi it needed was quite big.

After getting the bracelet, he attached it to his computer and downloaded the AI on it. Without turning the AI on, he simply continued writing the program for the app, he made programs for it to be able to merge with the Ai and giving it full control over its functions, the AI was like the GM. Downloading the app on the bracelet as well, he let the AI and the app merge together.

After the successful merge, the system started sending the live stream of whats happening with those contestants to the AI, the AI simply received the recordings amd turned them into well edited videos, as for the anime version, the AI began drawing the anime version off the main video turning them into top quality anime.

"ok all that's left now is creating the account functions, the ranks an account can have, the restrictions of each account, then creating the forums, giving access to certain account ranks to create their own forum, then we let the AI merge it with the app, then we download it on all internets." ash muttered to himself.

*after a bit of programming*

The ranks now looked like this from lowest to highest (FFF, FF, F, E, D, C, B, A, S, SS, SSS, X, Admin) the admin rank as of right now belonged solely to Ash. The first time a person downloaded the app, he would start out as an E rank, then after doing some tasks, like a certain number of daily log ins or so, the rank will increase, breaking the rules will lower the rank, the lower the rank, the less the privileges, the higher the ranks the more privileges. A person can use money to go all the way up to A rank, after that, all they could do is do tasks.
