night talk 2

the one that in front of my door at the middle of night is esdeath and behind her is lyralei with ice around her body, lyralei body and shirt has many torn. did something happened to her, i try to search anything about them that can make two of them have problem.

ah, that it. i forgot to tell them that lyralei is the candidate of new familia member to esdeath. they probably meet at the lodging ground or garden then the next step i can predict it easily. esdeath easily beat lyralei, esdeath is a falna user meanwhile lyralei didn't get falna yet so the aftermath can be tell without any question.

then esdeath probably think that lyralei isn't from enemy familia and think that lyralei is potential member of her familia so she took her to me in this middle of night. is it good that i got woke up from unknown reason and still stay until now, if not i couldn't think that lyralei life will stay until tomorrow.

i let them get inside my room and they follow me to the inside. i sit at the chair face to face at them and want to start talking. my mouth opened but before i could sound my voice, esdeath voice already could be heard across the room.

" god apollo, she is future familia member of our familia. her name is . . . "

esdeath turn her head and looked at lyralei that hang her head down it seems that she still doesn't know lyralei name yet. lyralei open her mouth and speak while her head still hang down.

" . . . lyralei "

lyralei looked like in verge of crying, i can't stand it any longer so i open my mouth to talk to esdeath and want to explain it to her so she not misunderstanding lyralei anymore.

" i know

she is the one that i save today "

esdeath become shocked after i said that, her expression can be seen very clearly from my place and i see it clearly too. she kneel with her knee as soon as she heard me. she even bow her head to me and ask for apologise.

" my apologise god apollo, i didn't know that and hurt her after i met her just now . i'm very sorry for my action, please punish me "

i didn't feel good that young kid as her age kneeling to me, so i put my hands on her shoulder and raise her so she didn't kneel anymore while saying encouragement word.

" it is not your fault "

i pat her head while raising her to sit at the chair, but besides her lyralei raised her hung down head to look at me with disbelief eyes. i sense her look while encouraging esdeath then i look at lyralei. i give big smile to her direction so she could be relaxed and didn't become nervous again.

" no- no way, it can't be "

i could hear voice with kind of impossible tone that i am the one that give her antidote. is it true thought and is is the fact that i am the one that give her antidote, i would try to never tell lies afterall now i become a god in this world.

" yes, it can be "

lyralei eyes shook, tear flow from both of her eyes and she even got snot coming to her nose. i got surprised and didn't know why she react like that after i told her the fact. i can only hold her eyes to my chest and give her pat while she crying on my chest.

it is okay that my shirt become wet because of her tears it doesn't matter much to me. i pat her head until she stop crying, and then she asked me to make her my familia member.

of course i am very welcome her to my familia so i make contract with her right away while she try to hold her tear. the process didn't take many time so in just few minutes it succeed and i can see the status board on her back.

i copy the status to the paper so she could see it and i explain it to her so that she knew her skill and magic that she got from getting falna from me. yeah, that is right. she got skill and magic from becoming my familia.

she is really talented. getting skill and magic is good for new adventure because there aren't that many person got skill or magic after contracting with god or goddess. to think that she got both from the contract is good for me and my familia firepower in the future.

and the effect of both the magic and skill are also good.

hawk eye - the user eyes become golden. it could see far away and detect the targe estimate status.

Shackleshot - shooting an arrow to target make it bind to target. if there is something nearby the target then the target bounded together with the thing.

appraisal like skill has appeared. she can estimate power of the enemy that she fight. it is good skill for supporting the familia, and she has magic that can make the enemy bounded. she can be powerful support for esdeath in the dungeon, i need to make them going together.

after getting contract and joining my familia, lyralei tear flow out once again until she fall asleep. to think that she could cry until sleep is the one that make me surprised what is her family history that make her this crybaby. i princess carried her to my bed because is still in the middle of night right now.

i forgot that esdeath still waiting for me on the chair, i walk to her and see her also sleeping while sitting. this isn't good for young kid like her so i give her princess carry and get her to sleep at my bed too, right besides lyralei.

now there are two young kid sleeping in my bed, even thought the bed is large but i don't think it is inappropriate if i join them on the bed too. i decided to sleep at the sofa while raise the blanket for them to didn't feel cold at night while sleeping. i didn't forget to pat their head because their sleeping face is cute.

after contracting and talking to two of my summon, i also feel tired so i take spare blanket and start sleeping at the sofa. it didn't take time for me to sleep even though the sofa didn't feel as good as the bed.
