Plan B

Somewhere in L.A,

At the payphone

The lady gritted her teeth with rage and tightened her grasp around the phone. "How is it going, idiot?"

"As easy ma'am. The plot has been set, all we have to do is wait for it to catch it's prey." The man on the other side answered.

"Remember that this is our plan B."

"Be it plan A or B, according to you, we have no time on our side. The plan needs to be carried out ASAP, wasn't that what you requested?"

"Yes precisely, which comes first make sure it's perfect without any trace of me, got it?"

The man shook his head, "As you wish madame."

She placed the payphone back to it's place and smirk wickedly. "Today, one of you will meet your end. For not showing up at all and hiding indoor, I swear to you both. One of you must go and the other will live to face the consequences."

Afternoon

Seoul, South Korea

Congdu Gogi-gui Restaurant

Looking at the beautiful woman seated opposite to him and struggling with her meal, he tilted her chin upwards, "Honey, what is it?"

She hesitated a couple times and lowered her head to hide her expression. She has been feeling weird since morning. Her instincts is busy revolving over one particular person but why is it?

Taking a deep breath, she faked a smile on her face and lifted her head, "It's nothing, am fine."

"You can't lie to me my love. I know something is not fine with you, so tell me, what is it?" He panicked.

She try to shrug off the thoughts but yet it seems like it still reflect itself over and over again.

"If you don't like this place, I can take you somewhere else." When she told him that none of the food prepared in the mansion could suit her taste buds and appetite, he took her out with him to eat outside.

"No, I don't have any problem with this place." She tuckled a strand of hair behind her ear and sighed, "Lee, am worried about the kids especially Jin-joo." She just spoked her mind.

"Honey, how many do I have to tell you that they're fine over there in L.A?" He caressed her cheek with a smile. "Mother and I spoke on the phone two days ago and she said everything is fine.

Though he hasn't told Zhou about Bong-Cha's regain consciousness and still act pretentious until further notice.

"Did she say so?"

"Hmm," He nodded vigorously. Taking a fork of oyster sauce, he fed her, "Now have your lunch and stop getting worried."

She ate it with a weak smile. Still contemplating and complying to what he said.

Los Angeles

Jin-joo's place

"Where's your sister?"

"Ah, grandma, I was about to ask you the same thing. It's twenty minutes since I arrived and haven't seen her yet." He answered before taking his phone out to dial some numbers.

Slowly stroking her stomach, Chung-Cha sighed, "I guess she went out to see her fiancé or maybe grab something."

Ignoring their sarcasm words, Zhou called out, "Manila?!"

She rushed out of the kitchen like Sonic the hedgehog. Lowering her head, "Yes madame Zhou?"

"Where is my granddaughter?"
