Herbalist

Immediately they got in, Petra dropped the hot flask of soup which she just prepared with varieties of herbs on the table and rushed towards them.

"Jin!" She hugged her tight and kissed the top of her head. "How are you doing my darling?"

"Am fine aunt, by the way, you're not looking bad at all."

"Am I?" She blushed. Looking at her medium sized stomach, Petra squealed while touching it. "Oh my God, I can feel them in."

Skillfully taking his mom's hands from it, Sebastian grinned, "Mom, they're asleep now, don't wake them up."

Petra grumped and slapped his hands off, "Go away, silly boy." Taking Jin-joo's hand, she carefully guided her towards the couch, "Sit here my dear, don't mind Seb, sometimes he behaved immature. But be rest assure that you're always the mature one."

Hmm, those words sound sweetened in her ears and she looked at her fiancé, "Honey, did you just heard that?"

"Of course I did and you believe that it's an immature guy that impregnated you?" He scoffed before sitting beside her.

Standing in front of him, Petra flicked his forehead, "Silly boy, better learn how you talk to my daughter in-law, get that?"

"What? We ain't even married yet."

Twitching her lips to one side, she smirk, "So?" Rolling her eyes off, she smiled at her and flap her cheeks, "My darling angel is going to make me the proudest grandma on earth."

Jin-joo chuckled while stroking her stomach. She relaxed her head on Sebastian's shoulder and took a deep breath.

When Petra saw her stroking her stomach, she remembered she prepared something and rushed to bring it in.

Meanwhile, Sebastian who was busy caressing Jin-joo's shoulder scrunched his brows at what his mother is about to do.

Never has he seen her do such things before. A white flask on the stool. There was no lid and it was boiling out pleasant fragrance of ginger and turmeric scents.

Carefully, Petra place the stool in front of her and pulled another stool for herself and then she sat.

"Mom? What is this?"

Ignoring her son's weird questions, she gently took Jin-joo's legs and placed them on her laps over the stool after parting her legs like she was due for delivery. She slowly strolled her hands inner and took off her panties. It was a white lacy thong and she tossed it at her son's face.

Jin-joo feared and quickly held onto Sebastian's arm for help. But Sebastian too was confused. "Mom, when did you became an herbalist?"

"Since I became a soon to be grandma," She forced a wide smile on her face.

"Aunt, is this necessary? I mean this thing?" She pointed at the flask irritatedly. Still scared.

"Yes my dear, very very very important for you and my grandbabies." Still trying to part her legs a little more, she frowned, "Why did you wore such a tight mini skirt?"

"Well, it's what I found cute, right?" She looked at Sebastian for reply.

"Yes, of course. I love it. It's my favorite color." He cheerfully answered while clenching on the lacy thong in his hand.

"Okay then," She stood up and went to her room to get one of her extra large thick scarf.

While she was no where to be seen, Jin-joo clutch onto Sebastian, "What is she doing? It's gonna hurt the babies, honey."

"I don't think so, you have to be patient. I know anything mom is trying to do is not gonna harm you and the babies, okay?" He planted an assuring kiss on her forehead. "Am here by your side. Hold onto me."

She vigorously nodded and took several deep breaths before looking at the boiling thing.

Coming back, she sat and took her legs and place them in her laps still in the same position. She covered from her waist down to her legs.

Only revealing her toes. Sebastian was scared with his eyes wide open in shock when Petra gently took the flask and placed it underneath the scarf as if she was going to shove everything inside her.

Making Jin-joo to wince and gasp while clenching her hands tight on Sebastian and the couch's leather cloth as the smokes ascend into her body.

"Mom," He panicked. One would have think that she was actually going to feed her the soup but no, she tricked them. The herbs was actually made for potential safe delivery. When she watched it on the internet, she took the hints and decide to make it for Jin-joo.

"Shh, relax, take a deep breath." She soothe her when she gasped and began to bit her lower lip. Of course Petra knew that it'll do no harm to her.

She had heard so many people testify about it and how it worked for them. Especially for those with multiple babies.

"Mom, what do you mean? Do you even realize that she's pregnant." He panicked. Though he knows that she's going to be fine, but he's still worried.

She's sobbing and it hurts him to see her cry.

"Yes I know."

"And you're popping flames inside her?" He frowned.

"Sebastian, nothing will happen to her, okay? She's weeping because of the ginger in it and secondly, am converting that statement of high-risk pregnancy to normal delivery."

Pushing the flask a bit inner, she added, "I won't be alive to watch her delivery the babies with a cesarean operation. It has to be a normal delivery."

"Oh my God, I think am gonna die, yes am gonna die." She gasped.

"No, stop saying that!" Sebastian and Petra chided her. He started rubbing her back and guiding her to exhale a couple of times.
