Do you have a girlfriend? or someone you like?

Master Ai informed Ai Chang that he had forgotten to introduce Madam Bai properly. He said, "Madam Bai is from the Su family, one of the three prominent families. She is the only young miss of the Su family and has come to the banquet in place of Master Su, who couldn't make it."

After listening to his father, Ai Chang greeted Madam Bai properly. Suddenly, Master Bai asked Ai Chang, "Can I ask you something? I hope it won't be impolite to ask."

Ai chang just thought what could master Bai ask him in his mind, "yes...?"

"Do you have a girlfriend? or someone you like? ...I was just asking you out of curiosity. Since you are a capable, pretty handsome young man, if you are single, I want to introduce my daughter to you. She just returned from abroad." Master Bai asked Ai Chang indirectly if he remembered his daughter with the excuse of introducing his daughter.

Ai chang didn't feel anything wrong with his question...He just felt weird that Master Bai is trying to matchmake him with his daughter because he doesn't look like one who would introduce anyone just because he is son of his friend....and for some reason he had a gut feeling that master Bai is a very protective father. Before he could answer to master bai his father interrupted him.

"you have daughter?...why have i not heard about her or did she just turn 18?"Master Ai asked Master Bai.

"just Like i never heard you had a son....and also she is not 18 anymore....she went to abroad when she turned 18 thats why we couldn't hold any banquet for her birthday" Master Bai answered Master Ai.

Master Ai remarked as many fathers do, "I've been asking Chang to date someone for so long, but he just makes excuses. He's already 23 years old and hasn't seen a single woman besides him."

Master Bai was little surprised hearing Ai chang didn't date anyone till now...then thought in his mind as he looked over to Ai chang 'hmm...he isn't that bad as i thought....since my daughter choose him...he must be capable...still i wont forgive that easily hump!!'."So you are single? then do you have someone you like?" Master Bai asked again to Ai chang.

"yes i am single but i Am sorry master Bai i can't meet your daughter because I have someone I like" Ai chang apologized with a politely.

Master Ai chang was surprised to hear his son has someone he likes.....he thought he had some problem with his sexuality which he couldn't accept as he is his only son.....so master Ai asked his son,"you have someone you like?! is it a boy or a girl?"

Ai chang looked at his father speechlessly "what are you saying dad? of course it's a girl...why would i like a boy".

"I am glad it's a girl...I thought you had some problem since you don't get close to girls other than your sister and mother." Master Ai was embarrassed and confessed his thoughts to his son.

Hearing his father Ai chang shook his head, "I think you should stop watching all those nonsense on the Internet...also stop listening to my dear sister's rubbish gossips that she pours in your ears everyday"

Suddenly madam Bai laughed out loud hearing both father and son's conversation, "haha...sorry for laughing but master Ai your imagination is really very rich...haha..you thought your son is attracted to same gender since he didn't date any girl....". Hearing her laughter both of them looked at her and realized they were talking infront of them, so master Ai apologized because he was embarrassed "sorry about that ". Hearing him madam Bai said with a chuckle "it's ok you guys can continue...we don't mind" 

As Ai chang and master Ai was embarrassed....so they excused themselves from their table and went to meet other people. As soon as they left Master Bai said "looks like he still remembers lu"

"yah...maybe that's why he didn't date anyone....if he becomes our son-in-law in the future i don't mind ...i am satisfied with him"madam Bai also commented.

"that we will see in the future.....even they got together....i won't forgive him that easily" master Bai said.

After banquet finished, they went home late at night.....so Bai lu fall asleep while waiting for them in her bedroom with Ai yun.

The next day in the morning, Ai yun woke Bai lu "mama, mama? wake up...it's 8 already....you shouldn't sleep that long"

Bai lu opened her eyes slowly hearing her daughter calling her "what happened baby?"

"nothing...i am waking you up...because you told me before that its not good to sleep for long" Ai yun answered her mother in a cute way.

"yes...it's not a good habit....so have you freshen up?" Bai Lu asked while getting down from the bed.

"yes i have....and you also freshen up quickly..." Ai yun urged her mother to hurry up.

"yes yes...I am going to bathroom....you can go downstairs now...i will be there in half and hour" after saying that Bai lu went to bathroom.

After closing the door of bathroom she leaned against and thought 'i fell asleep while waiting....I wonder if it's him'. Then she took shower quickly and went to downstairs with anticipation but after she reached downstairs she saw no one except the servants cleaning the mansion...so reached out to a servant and asked "where is mom and dad?"

the servant stopped her work and answered "master and madam are still sleeping because they came late night yesterday".

"hmmm....what about yun? where is she?" Bai Lu asked the servant.

"I think little miss is in the yard....playing with butler Lin" the servant answered after thinking for a while.

"ok thank you....you can continue your work" after thanking the servant, Bai lu went to the yard to find her daughter.
