Chapter 44: Creating a New Environment for My People
After naming the forces and their leaders, I addressed my people, giving them a vision of what lay ahead.
"From now on, this is your home. You will live here together, as one. In the future, you may encounter new races and face battles with them. If any issues arise, do not hesitate to bring them to me."
Tanya stepped forward with a question. "Master, as we are here in this place, will we age like normal?"
I reassured her. "You don't need to worry about aging. These three spirits will assist with that. And in the future, I'll train you all as martial artists, eventually granting you immortality or even godhood."
With a nod of understanding, Tanya replied, "Yes, Master, we understand."
I then turned my focus to constructing the necessary spaces and buildings. For the next several hours, I worked diligently, creating homes and buildings for each of the forces and establishing a central area for communal activities.
After about five to nine hours, I addressed them once more. "There are three main gates here: one for farming, one for mining, and one for training. You are free to use them as needed. In the training space, you will encounter monsters and can go in groups of any size to test your strength."
The crowd cheered, expressing their enthusiasm for this new beginning. They eagerly moved to settle into their new homes, and I created a grand mansion for myself, slightly distanced from the main settlement. From here, I could oversee everything. I also built a large meeting room in the mansion, crafted from pristine white marble, with soundproof walls and windows that allowed fresh air to flow freely, creating an open and comfortable atmosphere.
In the center of this grand room, I created a large table and chairs with the names of each force representative inscribed in front of their designated seats.
Once finished, I summoned my generals. "All representatives, please join me."
Tanya, Itachi, Zenfone, Adrian, and Ariana promptly entered and took their places around the table, with me seated at the head.
I looked at each of them and spoke firmly. "You all must be stronger than your soldiers. Your role is to guide them, observe their progress, and provide feedback on areas where they can improve in training. As for weapons and technology, leave that to me. Soon, you will surpass normal cultivators and even the limits of your races."
Tanya raised a curious question. "Master, what do you mean by more advanced than our kind?"
I smiled. "You are the strongest of your people, and I want you to build strong bonds and teamwork with one another. In this world, there is no place for divisions like 'vampires versus humans' or 'vampires and werewolves can't coexist.' You will lead by example, showing unity and trust. No one will be left doubting the strength of their bond with another, even if they come from different backgrounds."
They nodded, absorbing the weight of my words.
I turned toward the large window behind my chair, gazing out at the budding civilization we were building together. "I want each of you to live a life without regret. As time goes on, some of your soldiers may fall in love with those from other races, and there may be challenges. But they should never carry regrets into war or the battlefield. Together, we will build a world where differences are a strength, not a weakness."
They stood in silence, understanding the magnitude of our journey ahead. This was more than just a home—it was a new beginning, a society founded on strength, unity, and loyalty. And I would lead them toward a future where each could fulfill their potential without fear or regret.
