( First kill )

To my surprise my little gamble worked and Jiraya agreed to follow me for next few hours. I was not afraid about the consequences that he told me if it was found that I lied to him. After all I really didnt lie at all. System wont release a bogus quest and screw me anyway.

Honestly, I had no idea where Kushina even lived. Anime knowledge was not useful this time as some things differ from my memory. Uzumaki Mito should be alive right now and Kushina should not have become jinchuriki yet according to the story. But here Mito was already dead almost one year ago after sealing the fox inside Kushina. I didnt care much though because I only planned to change things when I felt like it. For now I was only interested in killing at least one enemy and gain experience points in bulk. The rewards of competing this quest were also too much tempting for me. That's why I decided to ask Jiraya's help. After all taking the risk of fighting unknown enemies was much worse than convincing Jiraya..

Minato insisted to follow us even though I repeatedly told him that I had no idea about the enemy's number and strength . This guy was reckless but I liked it as he was very pure. I hoped that he will become like his anime counterpart and not get tainted by the dark side during the wars.

Jiraya was really master in spying so I decided to follow his lead while we observed Kushina's house from afar. She actually lived with Tsunade inside the Uzumaki compound. So I was stunned by the boldness of Cloud ninja who dared to kidnap her from here. They were very meticulous with their plans though as Tsunade was coincidently visiting The Land of Medicine right now.

Well Jiraya gave me a perplexed look after about half an hour and I grinned because the enemies really appeared. 2 of them entered inside the house while 2 others stood outside to survey the surroundings. I was sure that they were being helped by a traitor because according to Jiraya, they had prior knowledge of locations of all the barrier seals surrounding the Uzumaki compound..

I could guess that Danzo or maybe Orochimaru had a hand in this operation but I could not care less about that. The enemies would die or be captured anyway as I had scanned their status already. They were strong but were ants in front of Jiraya when he held the ambush advantage.

They were jonin class but only one of them seemed to be a veteran from their levels. Jiraya seemed to be shocked by the possibility of a trator inside the village but as expected of a veteran ninja, he forcibly calmed his emotions and made a good plan in less than a minute. But I could see a dangerous glint in Jiraya's calm eyes which sent shivers to my spine. I honestly did not want to become his enemy..

The flashy clashes of various jutsu never happened which made disappointed. Jiraya straight snuck behind the veteran enemy jonin and used some kind of summoning jutsu to trap him inside Toad's mouth or whatever it was. I was both disgusted and amazed by this jutsu because only pink inner muscles were summoned and the toad was nowhere to be seen.

He had already put Kushina to sleep using a simple genjutsu so I could guess that Jiraya planned to torture the captured jonin as he had created three shadow clone to engage the rest of the enemies. Actually only two clones will deal with one enemy together while one clone will sit back and intervene in mine and Minato's fight if necessary.

I was little scared but excited was much more than that as I could kill one of the enemies. Jiraya had made this plan for me and Minato to gain some fighting experience. As he had already decided that both of us will only fight for one minute before Jiraya would personally finish them off.

I didnt plan to let him steal my prey so I went all out from the start. Killing a jonin was not that difficult even with my strength and low jutsu arsenal because I had time to make plans beforehand and use the opening when the enemy was in the state of panic. I seriously did not want to be charred by lightning jutsu so I aimed for swift kill..

Nothing fancy , I just threw two kunai from my hiding spot aimed at the jonin's arms with all my strength. Well jonin had crazy instincts so he dodged both of them with just jumping into the air a little and doing a back flip. Sadly for him, I had insane mastery of substitution jutsu so I just used it and changed places with one of my kunai instantly while the enemy was still in the air. I did not wait even for a second before throwing several kunai at him. Luckily one of them managed to pierce his arm while others were casually deflected by his own kunai.

He had a savage expression on his face after landing on the ground but in response, I just shrugged at his antics. The battle was already over when the kunai pierced him. I had so much knowledge of basic herbs and many of them were poisonous. So why would I waste it and not develop some potent poison?

The herbs were weak but after trying various combinations, I managed to create a strong paralysis jutsu which can stun the enemy for barely few seconds at best. This time the enemy was a jonin so I only needed the poison to work a second or two to finish my job quickly. He simply paid the price for underestimating me. So what if I'm weak right now, even a spider can kill an elephant if he strikes at the right place with his poison.

I just substituted myself with the nearest kunai embedded on the ground beside the enemy and killed him by piercing his neck from behind with another kunai in my right grip. The whole battle didnt even take nine seconds to complete since the time I threw my kunai aimed at his arms from the start..

Jiraya's shadow watched everything from the start and I really enjoyed the change in his expressions. Sadly my condition was not the best as substitution jutsu requires fierce concentration to use so my mind was tired now. After experiencing my first kill , my emotions were also in a turmoil so my concentration broke and I started throwing up furiously while standing with wobbling legs near the enemy's corpse which I slayed..
