"Hello, I would like to point out that you are dead."

I opened my eyes, "Huh?"

I was in a pitch black plane, there was nothing around me.

I stood up and saw a white screen in front of me, "Hello?"

The screen then shifted, it read:

<Goblin Slayer System…..Error, No System Available>

System? What the hell? This is one of those famous Systems from the stories?

Wait where am I?

"Hello, You are dead. Shortly, you will be transmigrated to Goblin Slayer, you will be given two choices."

It was a loud and autonomos voice that said that, echoing throughout the space.

I blinked, "What?"

"It is hard to believe, isn't it? Well, it is. The System I was going to give you is malfunctioning. So I will simply give you two choices and you shall take it from there."

"What are you?" I asked

"I am the System God, in charge of gifting Systems to chosen dead. Unfortunately, this one doesn't work. These are you choices."

The screen changed:

Without thought, I spoke up, "Demon God."

"Very well.. here are your three choices"

I was then hit by a massive flash of white light that engulfed my entire body.

"W-What?!" I exclaimed, "This feeling!!!"

Next thing I knew, I was in a freefall, barreling down towards the ground.

"O-Ohhhhh!!!!!" I said as I crashed straight into the ground

I felt my body break, bones cracking and everything inside bursting.

"Fuuuuckk….." i said as I tried to move

There was nothing but pain, very very painful. Its like my entire body decided to open up and bleed.

I sat up and looked down at my body.

Well shit, it was bleeding like a motherfucker.

I noticed dust all around me so I decided to wave that off, coughing a bit. As I did this, I saw that my blood was disappearing and my wounds were closing. My body suddenly got a massive sense of relief as it felt lighter. 

Was I healing? 

I stood up and patted my pants. I also noticed that I was wearing nothing but pants and a shirt.

I had no memory of who I was or who my name was. I had no idea what those options that the "System" had or what the hell happened. All I know is that I had died (apparently) and I was tossed into this world. 

I rubbed my head, "What the hell...." I said

I then heard something snap, like a twig....

I looked around me and noticed several little shadows from the bushes. 

"Huh?" I said as dozens of little green monsters came out of nowhere, "What the hell?!" 

Goblins. I recognized them as Goblins. They were yelling with their stupid little voices as they waved their weapons around, their ugly faces giving me angry scowls. Their stupid little eyes were pissing me off for some reason as I felt an immense heat in my stomach. 

"Hey...." I said as one of them ran up to me and stabbed me in the leg with its spear, "Ah!!!" 

Without thinking, I waved my hand upwards and next thing I knew, the Goblin and a good portion of the cretins behind him exploded with blood. 

"Huh?" I said as I watched the top half of their little bodies fall to the ground, "D-Did I do that??" 

Suddenly, I got a massive sense of nostalgia and found that line funny. I couldn't put my finger on why.

All the Goblins shrieked in anger, apparently mad that I had somehow cut several of their friends. 

I scowled, "Listen here, fuckers...." I growled, "Get off my ass, I'll fucking kill you!!" 

I pulled the little spear out of my leg, feeling a slight piercing pain. 

I then tossed it to the side as I waved my hand at them again, noticing a small line of red on the Goblins' face. 

The next thing I knew, their heads were cut off. This alarmed the Goblins as they backed away several feet away from me, yelling at me with stupid noises. 

"Huh..." I said as I felt a strange feeling in my body, "What's this?" 

"Is....this my power?"
