Examination

It was a few minutes before the train was to arrive and Finn was just about reached the station. The station was big and it was owned by Phoenix Academy. That meant That everyone there were people who were selected to go to Phoenix Academy or they were examinees like he was.

He saw a girl who looked like she was taking the exam like he was. Finn walked up to the girl in hopes to spark a conversation.

He walked up to her and said "Hi how's it going are you taking the exam?" She replied by saying yes she was indeed taking the exam and that her name was Annalee Blackburn.

Finn thought to himself "Annalee?! she's the heroine of the novel?!"

She carried a box wrapped with a piece of cloth on her back when Finn asked her what it was for she said that she carried her weapon in the box.

Finn smiled at her and talked to her for the rest of the train ride.

this isn't a novel without a train ride incident.

'THUD BOOM' in middle of the train ride a Headless-Giant destroyed the bridge that was connecting the two mountains. In an effort the train stopped before they could reach bridge.

Finn leaped out off the train surprising the second-years who had just come from their break and sliced the Headless-Giant in half.

everyone on the train was surprised at this even Anton because you have to be at least a 5th year to kill a Monstrous Level monster with one hit.

Needless to say he was praised and the train quickly reached Phoenix academy after that.

The Examination had 3 stages, the first was a physical stage to check your physical abilities and the second was about theory and history of mana. The third stage was Mana aptitude and the fourth and final stage was about using mana while fighting.

First Finn had to take the Physical test, he aced it and gained a place in the hall of fame as 'the person who scored highest on the examination for people who want to attend Phoenix Academy Physical test'.

Then came the Theory Exam, truth be told Finn was not good at subjects but Han Kwan was. Finn did average on the test as far as he is concerned.

It was finally time for the third test, the fourth test would take place the next day and the examinees would stay in a temporary dorm.

The examinees will stay 3 days and the first day is for the first 3 tests the second day is the final test and the third day is for the results.

I will only write the mana aptitudes of 5 people and the 6th one being the average aptitude.

There were a total of 5 Student Guilds and all of them came to see any upcoming students that may want to join their guild. Right now they were taking notes to see any students that are worth joining their guild and when the results are out they ask the noted student to join their guild.

The first one to take their aptitude was Dalton McLaurin. He was a infamous for being a bully to those weaker than him. The aptitude machine was a small ball that was connected to a bigger ball with a screen on it.

The screen tells you the core mana of the person by the amount of mana the person outs in the screen will turn blue for blue mana and yellow for yellow mana.
