"Hey, baby," She nodded, giving Ava a big smile as she brought the phone to her ear.
"Hey, baby," Ava mimicked, sweetly.
"Whatcha doing?" Miran asked.
"Getting off work soon, you?"
"I'm about to leave, have an important meeting."
"Oh, okay..." He was having so many important meetings.
"Something wrong?" Kim was amused, how he could tell she was down or something troubled her?
"I miss you," she said.
"Really?"
"Yeah, California is lonely without you."
"Same here."
"What is?"
"I miss you, I can't wait to see you again."
"When are you coming to California?"
"Soon,"
"What? Soon when?"
"Soon, baby. Soon."
Kim sighed. "Okay, I'm waiting."
"Text me when you're home, okay? Make sure you keep your doors locked. Stay pretty, you're mine." he says, before hanging up.
Kim smiled. She blushed so hard that she giggled, turning around. Ava leaned on the door.
"California is boring?"
"Oh my goodness, you scared me!"
