"It's a bit troublesome." Dylan sighed.
Butler Henry looked at Dylan and shook his head. "The base has some cars and we can ask for a car from them. But it's not the best solution because it meant that we can't go out on our own without asking or borrowing a car."
Dylan pursed his lips.
It was not a long term solution.
He thought about going to these malls again and picked a car but then thought about the fact that most of these stores were located in relatively low areas. These cars would have been drowned completely and it was estimated that they couldn't be used.

These parts would have been destroyed completely due to the flood.
