I'm the Villain.

The concept of summoning adventurers to another world had always disgusted me, the idea of making other people fight a war that has nothing to do with them is sick.

After the confrontation with the nobles, Alen made his way back to his room although it was still nighttime Alen raided his drawers and extracted a bag filled with coins.

"Lucy I need you to do me a favor, I need you to run to the market and buy me some equipment. I need a map, two cloaks, and some rations" Alen said as he handed Lucy the bag of coins.

Lucy had no idea why she was given such a task, excused herself from the room, and made her way.

"I have never seen master so worried," Lucy said as she rushed through the castle. Upfront she saw a familiar face, it was Alen's best friend who seemed to never leave his side.

"Where you up to in such a hurry little lady?" Quinn asked with a cheerful smile as his personal made struggled to keep up with him.

"A task for Master Alen" Lucy replied.

"Quinn!"

A female voice called out, it was Lamis, but she was in full gear. She had her light yet sturdy armor on along with her staff with a green orb at the Centre, she was accompanied by the great hero Jack and Chris.

"I'd like to talk to you now, so follow me," Lamis said as she turned around, practically commanding him to follow.

Quinn noticed something wrong as the other great heroes were also in full armor, although given their categories and titles they all had different armor, yet it was still weird for someone to be in full armor at night inside the castle.

"Tell Alen to make that surprise quickly I'll be joining him soon," Quinn said but unlike before his cheerful expression seemed to be forced as he seemed more on edge and on his guard.

Quinn followed the great heroes closely behind and noticed that Chris glared at him from time to time. A million thoughts rang through his head but the one thing that kept bothering him was that these people had full armor.

"Where are we going?" Quinn asked.

"Just keep walking," Lamis said as she made her way to her room.

"Your all-in-full armor is something wrong are we under attack?" Quinn asked again hoping to infuriate someone and hopefully, they would reveal something about the situation.

"Nothing you should concern yourself with." This time Chris answered.

"Falcon touch," Quinn said as he raised his hand. The new beast sword he had purchased had made its way toward him. This was one of the skills of his new weapon, the ability to summon it from anywhere within 100 meters.

This action caught the great heroes' attention as they stopped in their tracks and glared at Quinn. The atmosphere was heavy for a second, given that the passageway was dark for some reason, it had given the whole situation serious creepy vibes.

"I should be prepared right," Quinn said jokingly as he walked past Chris and Jack and followed behind Lamis.

Finally, they arrived. The door to Lamis's room swung open and Quinn shoved into it without warning. The door shut, and Quinn was in a locked room with three great heroes.

"Mana laws bend to my biding and desires, Area isolation chamber."

"Spatial distortion limbo" Lamis cast one spell after the other, and a wave of mana could be seen traveling all around the room. It made its way to every corner and covered every door and window before another wave of mana followed behind it, this one was green and had tiny little lights that looked like stars.

Suddenly the whole room changed and that's when Quinn woke up to the disturbing view ahead of him. Countless other heroes and important nobles raid there in the pool of their blood.

Lamis and the other great heroes had been going around killing nobles and heroes. Quinn didn't know the reason behind this but after he was sealed in an isolated room and even sent to another space, he knew that he was next.

"You're in our way," Jack said as he unsheathed his runic sword.

"What do you mean Baldy?" Quinn asked with a cocky expression. He drew his sword and was ready for the battle ahead.

"Holy piercing light" Chris thrust his sword sending out a brilliant radiating blade of light. his was his skill as a Holy knight, unlike the other Holy knight he was given the title Holy knight and had leveled up to Holy Crusader.

His Holy attribute meant he was capable of performing holy skills and had an affinity for holy magic, which meant as long as he knew any holy spell, he was able to cast them.

Quinn had barely managed to dodge it and right after that he was met with a wind strike coming from Jack, Jack had engraved different runes on his sword namely wind and fire. And this meant he was able to cast any of these technics with a swing of his sword as long as he had mana.

Quinn quickly brought his sword up in time. But as the wind strike made contact with his sword, the pressure alone had managed to send him skidding across the ground.

The attack was so heavy that by the time Quinn managed to deflect it his arms had grown numb from the impact alone.

"Why are you doing this?" Quinn asked trying his best to get as little information as possible while also trying to buy some time to regain the strength in his hands.

"Simple you're in our way!!" Lamis said as she raised her staff in the air and then slammed the base to the ground as hard as she could.

like a wave, the mana traveled fast and aggressively leaving a path of destroyed tiles. At the same time, Jack and Chris could be seen charging at him simultaneously, Quinn stabbed his falcon sword into the ground and unleashed its second skill.

"Falcon rush"

Suddenly a gust of wind enveloped him and quickly turned into a raging tornado, it quickly swallowed the incoming wave and managed to stop both Chris and Jack for a few moments.

While the skill Falcon rush was a powerful defensive and offensive move it had a long cooldown period. But before the skill ended Quinn sat down gazing upon the eye of the storm, channeling his mana and focusing. Right now, he only saw himself surviving by using his rare hidden attribute.

He wasn't a fan of using his attribute because it used a lot of mana and he wouldn't be able to control it very well, it was a one-time use attribute right now and in some sense his trump card. But right now he didn't have a choice.

As the raging tornado shrunk and eventually faded the falcon sword had closed the wings by its hilt indicating the skills couldn't be used for a while but once the tornado faded it was replaced by a blinding light.

Meanwhile, the princesses had agreed to meet and discuss, this of course was easy the fact that they were sisters. What they didn't expect was their supporting factions would make this talk into something political.

They had gathered in the throne room with guards from each supporting faction, mercenaries from the noble's Holy knights from the church, and royal guards from the royal army. Each faction represents or protects someone they thought deserved the throne more.

The three princesses were discussing how to deal with the situation at hand because even they knew if the situation was left unsolved it would escalate to the point where the kingdom would tear itself apart.

The other heroes and the majority of the different people in the three factions weren't invited to this meeting and while they were part of the same faction only a minuscule amount of people knew about the meeting.

Lucy had returned with the items she was sent to get, only to find her master dressed in armor and carrying only the essentials something for both speed and defense. And although Alen's level wasn't high, he still had some combat experience from his original world.

With the equipment Lucy had brought Alen's preparations were complete all that was left was to take the princess and leave, but that was going to be a more challenging matter.

But regardless he needed to be prepared for combat.
