It was the day after Remi had his first date with Demian. It had been perfect except for the part where Laxel showed up. But even that minor intrusion couldn't stop him from floating on cloud nine even on the day after.

Some people may call him stupid for wasting his time chasing after someone who had literally been chasing after another person, but Demian Maxwell had been his favorite route to play when he had lived as Haruki Sato. It had been disappointing and heartbreaking when Demian started acting like the Demian from the game and following Ophelia around.

Remi had been torn between watching his favorite scenes unfold or breaking them apart. It had always been apparent that he wanted Demian, he just wasn't sure if he could change fate or if fate would even allow him to change it.

Remi mindlessly filled his plate up with various breakfast foods, all while humming happily.
