Chapter 1: I'm supposed to be a goddess...

In this world, people are blessed by spirits, angels, demons, sometimes even divine creatures. Some people are blessed by the gods, and that's pretty rare. Even rarer? A god forced to live as a human. Maybe she was punished for bringing other souls from parallel universes. It was true she did that a lot. Like A LOT. But no. She was pushed down by her especially annoying, two faced sister goddess. That's enough narrating on myself, don't you think?

My name is Villa. Well, that's what humans call me in my goddess form. As for right now, Vanilla Rubeus Laylan is my name. It's been 7 years since I was pushed through the gate of reincarnation, so I'm 7 years old. I've grown up with my body, and I'm content with my life, since now I've got a mother who loves me. I'm enjoying everything, because I know my Bitch of a sister hoped I would be miserable. The thought of humans struggling for power, fame, and fortune makes me fascinated, and i love watching them. I get to see a lot of different kinds of people, since my mother is a prostitute in a brothel. The brothel is also an inn, as much as a bar. I work there to add to mom's payment, since supporting the two of us is hard. The owner is a softie towards children, and she loves me. I even have my own room.

"Ani, this is for table two, don't spill it'kay?"

"Yes, ma'am!"

I picked up the tray, careful not to spill the beer. I slipped through the tables, before stopping in front of table two.

"Here's your beer, sir Thomas!" i said, smiling brightly. Sir thomas was a regular of big sister Lila.

Across him was a man I never saw before. I tilted my torso down, my innocent smile never faltering.

" Hello, sir. what are you here for? Would you like a drink?"

"Little Ani, would you go see if Lady Lila and Lady Kalie are free now?" Sir Thomas interrupted.

I smiled brightly and then jogged off. Little Ani was what people called me. I slipped into the living space, and peeked into the lounge.

"Mom, sister Lila? people are requesting you at table two."

"Well, then. We'll get moving." said my mom, pushing a strand of her vanilla colored hair behind her ears, and standing up gracefully.

"you stay here." She said, and then closed the door behind herself.

"Good luck,mom."
