Birth

Located in Japan in the Kurogane clan compound, a wild long black-haired middle-aged man could be found wearing a black suit with a stoic look on his face showing no visible expression on his face other than calm. Walking with calm but firm steps towards a room where the voices of different women could be heard. The man named Itsuki Kurogane entered the room to find different women dressed as nurses or doctors, who were attending to a woman with black hair that seemed to absorb the light and bright brown eyes almost like gold with beautiful features in her beautiful face and juicy lips.

Itsuki, seeing the expression of his wife named Hitomi Kurogane, calmly observed how the nurses advanced to attend to her as well as giving various orders so that the delivery would be as safe as possible, although with Hitomi's physique. Itsuki didn't think something simple like this would do her serious harm. Plus they had already done this twice before, more than enough time for Hitomi to have gotten used to the pain of bringing life into this world.

Several minutes passed like this where the various nurses attended to the matriarch of the Kurogane clan. Itsuki just watched with his stoic expression as the minutes passed quickly tending to Hitomi, until after a few minutes after an effort on Hitomi's part. Itsuki watched with a stunned look on his stoic face, the birth of his new child.

Looking at his pale gray-haired son who seemed to draw light from the room as well as from the window. Itsuki raised one of his eyebrows at the high Affinity his son had just by being born. Slowly approaching in his direction. Itsuki noted that the boy hadn't started to cry, causing a curious look to appear on his face about the future of his child.

Watching as the nurse gently slapped his son's butt to elicit a reaction. Itsuki saw how he started to cry, although that didn't erase the curious look on his face -(I wonder what his Device is)- Coming out of his thoughts when he heard the cry of another baby. Itsuki watched with slight astonishment the birth of his other son or in this case his daughter, who had silver hair and emerald green eyes, while his son had bright blue eyes, almost hypnotizing.

He walked towards his daughter who was being held by a nurse. Itsuki looked with slight surprise at his daughter, since although her Affinity was not strong like his son's, he could still feel a high Affinity exuded from her aura - "I want my children" - Directing his gaze towards his wife, who her was looking at the nurses with a steady look on her face. The latter already knowing her character, approached them and the clean children passed covered by blankets, thus maintaining their body heat easily.

Hitomi feeling the weight of their children in her two arms smiled happily as only a mother could as her furious aura turned motherly and calm along with her soft expression on Hitomi's face. Hitomi seemed like a loving mother -"You are making Okaa-sama proud, I hope you continue to do so in the future"- Leaving Hitomi alone. Itsuki headed towards the nurse in charge.

"Bring Harmony"- He ordered with a stoic look on his face. Itsuki ignored the doctor again, then walked over to Hitomi's side who had a proud smile on her face.

"Hai Itsuki-sama!"- Bowing in Itsuki's direction. The doctor in charge left the room, to go to another and a few minutes after her departure. She came back, but this time with a device in her hand, being a sundial-like device with several crystals of different colors embedded in strategic positions, forming a harmony of colors.

"I have brought the device Itsuki-sama"- Saying her words at a decent distance from Itsuki, the nurse waited for his words to put the object in the place he said, to make the tests easier since after all, they were still being babies.

"Give me the Harmony, I want to see how high his Affinity is"- Nodding at Itsuki's words, the nurse handed the device called Harmony to Itsuki, as she walked away, looking curiously along with the other nurses.

Accepting the device called Harmony. Itsuki brought them closer to the babies' hands, the first being his pale gray-haired son -"Now let's see how high your Affinity with light is"- With the device touching the hands of the baby, who looked at what seemed like a sundial with a curious look on his face, which changed to one of astonishment as he saw the sundial changing to a golden color, which headed straight for the glowing golden crystal.

Itsuki looked seriously at the crystal, which was increasing in intensity with time. Several minutes passed like this where Itsuki and Hitomi had a look of astonishment from Itsuki and a proud smile on her face from Hitomi, which was again one of astonishment when seeing the cracks that appeared in the sphere and one of shock when the glass shattered, instantly turning to dust.

Hands trembling at the sight of the shattered glass, Itsuki's look of shock changed to astonishment at the sight of his son's enormous Affinity. "It seems a genius has been born in the family."- Shaking his head, he walked over to his daughter and repeated the same process, although he did not have a high Affinity like his son. Itsuki smiled softly, as his Affinity was still high.

"Light and Water, what a strange combination and full of Harmony"-Shaking his head at his words. Itsuki turned his gaze towards the nurses, who, seeing the stoic look on his face, broke out in a cold sweat- "This information does not leave this room. Understood!?" - Nodding quickly. Itsuki dismissed the nurses to be alone with his wife.

"We have been lucky again, I wonder what the children's Devices will be like"- Listening to the words of his wife. Itsuki turned his gaze to his newborn children, one of whom was asleep, this being the girl, while the other being the boy, had a sleepy look in his narrowed eyes.

"Let's better give them their name, don't you think so?" - Nodding at Itsuki's words. Hitomi looked at the children with a look of concentration on her face as she thought of the names she should give them.

Turned her name to the girl. Hitomi smiled motherly-"She will be called Shizuku with the meaning of her being 'Dew'"-Turning her gaze to the boy, who finally fell asleep with a calm look on his face. Hitomi spoke his name—"And he will be called Ren from the meaning 'Lotus'"—gently rocking the babies. Hitomi relaxed on the bed with a soft smile on her face.

Itsuki, upon hearing the names of his children, nodded to him and then got up from the bed-"So, 'Black Iron Dew' and 'Black Iron Lotus', I like it"-Saying goodbye to Hitomi. Itsuki left the room leaving her alone with the babies, while he headed towards his office with the Harmony device in his hands.
