I'm In Korea, How and Why?

Choehabu wakes in a black space. Light touches nothing, only shadows remain. An indeterminate amount of time transpires before a ball of light brings Choehabu into a new world. A world based off of Korea, but with a few differences. A new world awaits him, one that will bring him to the highest peaks, and the lowest depts. Currently canceled. If this were to begin again, I'd start at the beginning and construct a different and better world because holy shit, was this awful.

A Good Spectacle

A bright light enters my eyes, causing confusion. I know not where I am, strapped to a bed with an IV drip at my side. Looking left and right I see not, but curtains holding tight. Beeping of the heart monitor brings my thoughts and questions to the fore.

It appears I am in a hospital room. I go to sit up but a terrible pain assaults my shoulder and skull which branches out into my whole of body. Oh that's right, I was injured during my fight with the Red-Skinn. Then, would this be the Arena's Hospital? If so then that would explain how I am still alive.

There could also be more magical reasons for that too. Now, how long was I out? If it was only for a few hours, that would be okay. If it were more though, I don't want worry Ryung and Hana. But, it looks like this shoulder wound is going to take a while to heal.

As I am thinking these thoughts, the sound of footsteps reach my ears. The sound stops right in front of my curtain... entrance(?). The curtain is pushed aside and in walks a man wearing a white lab coat. He holds a box of sorts in his right hand while a clipboard is in his left.

He was looking down when he entered so a surprised look crossed his face when he saw me up. His face equaled out into a light smile before he starts speaking in a country like voice, "How does your injuries feel? I pray they don't hurt too much as I tried to numb them with some new medications."

I try to speak but my voice won't come out. In its stead, a sudden drowsiness drapes over me. I sink more into the bed as my eyes start to close.

The good doctor's voice enters my ears again, "Hmm, put too much numbing solution in. Will differ the dosage on the next attempt."

And with those words said, I fall asleep again.

I wake up some time later, and instead of the doctor in my curtains, I see Dracula. He's sitting on a metal folding chair reading a book. When he sees me stir, he puts down the book and stand up. Once standing, Dracula clapping his hands, "Bravo, bravo, the way you dealt with the Red-Skinn was a great spectacle to see. To think you would resort to mauling and even a near suicidal last resort, I applaud your courage. Do not worry about your wounds, they'll heal in time."

Getting barraged with so much noise immediately after waking, I growl at Dracula, "Shut the fuck up."

As soon as those words leave my lips does his demeanor change. The lights that were so blinding seconds ago start to dim an fade. A stifling shadow hung down upon the room

Dracula starts speaking, "I would highly recommend you retract those words, my Champion.", his last words coated in venom.

A deep fear takes place in my stomach. "I-I'm sorry Dracula. Just not a morning person."

Once he hears my apologies, the darkness and shadows dissipate. "Don't worry, I accept your apology, Choehabu. Instead we should talk about payment and treatment"

"Those would be nice to know."

"I'll start with payment. I've wired one a half million won into your bank account, buy something nice for Ryung with it. Second, treatment. You've been here for the past two days and will be discharged in two more days, on Wednesday. As this is the first time you've been in here, I shall not charge you," he goes to leave the room, "Oh, and Choehabu."

"Yes?"

"That was one of the most entertaining fights I've seen." and with those words I am alone.

This one's shorter because it feels wierd to continue on such a good closing line. I'll make up for the next one by making it longer.
