"You're Not Truly Choehabu."

After two hours of walking around and asking directions, I finally arrive at Instructor Wu's Dojang. It's on the fringe of the city in a small rural area. Quant little two-story building with a dainty sign at the front depicting and elderly man fighting... what looks like a spider with three human heads? Removing that terrifying imagery of a spider with three human heads from My head, I enter the Dojang.

Upon entering, I am met with minimal lighting and the old musky smell of mold. The light fixtures produce barely enough light to illuminate the small room. Old sofas and tables are clammed together in a corner to the left of the door. Maybe five meters in front is a receptionist desk. Behind that desk is a faint outline of a person.

I swallow my saliva and start walking forward, the light flickering as I do. I stand directly in front of the receptionist with the old lights behind me. Even now I can't see the person's face in the failing light, a very bad sign.

I swallow again and bring out the card that one handsome kid had given to me. "Um, sir or mam, I think I have an appointment today?"

The shadowy face suddenly looks at me and then the card. A female voice responds, "Who is your appointment with?"

Shit, who was that kid? I don't remember his name. "Um, I don't know his name, only got this card from him."

A minute of silence goes by while cold sweat forms on my back. When she finally says something, I let out a breath I didn't even know I was holding, "Alright, were you followed."

I'm going to get killed, aren't I. "No I was not. I'm starting to think that coming here was a mistake."

A soft chuckle escapes the shadowy face, "Don't worry, you won't die. Probably. Just head on down those stairs and we'll get you situated."

I'm about to ask, 'What stairs', before some suddenly appear to the side of the desk. I look at it for a second before checking in with the shadowy woman, "Just to make sure, I'm supposed to go down the magical stairs that are shrouded in darkness."

"Yep, all the way down."

Deep breathe and I'm off down the stairs. A minute into going down is when I arrive at the bottom. The lighting is so much better, I can actually see things. People going to and fro, carrying boxes upon boxes of items. I nearly get ran over by one of the workers and have to jump out the way.

Through the constant movement I see the Handsome Kid from school, standing at the center of this room. I make my way to HK, dodging here and there to keep from getting trampled. Arriving in front of him, all of he workers stop and start kneeling. I look behind me from both side before looking at HK.

A smile parts his lips. He spreads his arms out, wide and low. I quietly ask, "Should I bow too?"

His manic and nearly insane voice responds, "No, Choehabu. In fact, it is I who should bow, bow to our honored guest. Oh how glad am I that you made it here."

I answer his manic energy with anxiety, "Please don't bow for me. What am I supposed to do here?"

HK snaps his fingers and the lights go out. I can't see a foot in front of me in the darkness. "Do you know why I gave you my card?" whispers in my ear.

I turn around yet still see nothing, "You said it was because of my ferocity in fighting. Is that true?"

A manic cackle responds, resounding in the concrete room. I feel a presence behind me and shift, trying to face it. My eyes haven't adjusted yet so I still can see. A whisper into my ear, "Behind you, Choehabu."

Gooseflesh breaks out across my whole body. I go to elbow whoever was behind me but I only hit air. "The reason I chose you, and not those fools, was that I can't see you. Not in the sense of blindness, but I can't see a part of you. Your soul is unobservable to me. I don't get answers when looking at you, only question. And, I want to learn the answers to these question I have.

"One of the things my subordinate told me is that you use a martial arts basis that doesn't exist in any capacity. But, the most important thing, is how you aren't truly Choehabu."

I was scared before he started his speech, but now I'm terrified. How does he know I'm not Choehabu? What does he see when he looks at me? What eyes does he posses? I ask him my most important question, "How do you know I'm not Choehabu?"

"Oh it's quite simple, you're soul isn't his. Before you speak again, let me tell you something. At any point I can choose to kill you, and Choehabu's siblings. I know where you all live and can stop by anytime. Just something I should let you know."

My blood runs cold at his declaration. Why is he telling me any of this? What does he gain from it? While thinking that, the lights come back on and HK is standing in front of me. He looks around groggily, in a less insane and manic voice, saying, "Sorry about that. I wanted to make an entrance but didn't think I would go that far. Don't worry, I would never dream of killing you or your siblings. After all, you're going to be my next champion and killing your prized possession's family isn't good business thinking.."

"What? What!? When did I sign up for that!?"

"When you showed that card at the door is when you signed up. Don't worry, we'll make sure you don't die in the arena. Also, your opening match is in fifteen minutes."

"Huuh, aegaheau? What do you mean opening match? What am I fighting, who am I fighting, Where am I fighting!?"

He smiles, "Just follow me. I'll explain along the way. Oh and lastly, I've just realized I never told you my moniker. You can call me, Dracula."
