When Audra's mum dies, she goes back home, even knowing she would finally have to face his first love, Chris – who’s also his foster brother. After what appears to have been a pretty painful breakup, they’ve been avoiding each other over the past 11 years. But will the pain of the loss bring them back together? Or would the bad memories be too much? The journey from here only gets more eventful, when her mum leaves a surprise condition on her will that would turn Audra’s life around.
Three sharp knocks on the door brought me out of my bubble while I was drawing with my pencil grabbed tight and my face way too close to the paper.
My mom made her way through the room, dressed to go out.
"Honey, if you keep up those postures, you're gonna have a bad back by the time you're twenty."

"I told you when we got home before." I gave her an 'I don't know what you're talking about face'. "Christina wasn't able to come to lunch, remember?"
"Oh, yeah, I remember that, but nothing about going out." I said, trying to recollect.
"Well, I told you I would give her a call, she said she might be available in the evening. She is so we're going to her house, they're not all coming, just Elsa and me. Quiet night in."
"Wine, some appetizers, fun adult conversation" I dramatized every word when I spoke.
