63 Chapter 63: Gohan vs Vegeta

Vegeta smirked walking towards Gohan as a golden aura blazed around him, he was a Super Saiyan now!

All the soldiers were surprised by the fact that Vegeta had also transformed, that was extremely unbelievable.

Nappa was puzzled by that too, but deep down he was happy. Now he wanted Vegeta to give Gohan a royal beating.

"This just got more interesting, Vegeta!" Gohan exclaimed raising his power and his aura became much more intense than before.

Although the fight had not started, it seemed that the two auras of his were fighting to see which was the superior and most imposing.

"Now you will see insect!" Vegeta yelled as he flew towards him with surprising speed and Gohan stood on guard awaiting the prince.

PAM!

The saiyan extended his arm to hit the boy's face, who blocked the attack with his forearm but was dragged back.

This gave Vegeta a lot of confidence and he flew at him again, initiating a combination of strong punches and kicks at Gohan.

"What's wrong? I doubt that with that power you've beaten Frieza!" Vegeta exclaimed and just saw a huge opening in the young man's defense.

He extended his leg to kick his right side, where there was such a opening. But to his surprise, Gohan took his leg smiling.

"You fell into my trap" the boy muttered starting to spin with Vegeta's body as if he were a simple doll.

"That never, brat!" Vegeta exclaimed expelling the aura from him and fired a blast of energy at him at point blank range, thus freeing himself.

Soon Vegeta steadied himself. Seeing Gohan helpless, he began to fire a series of Ki blasts at him nonstop, filling the place with smoke.

"Well done Vegeta!" Nappa said raising his arm and the soldiers watched this quite puzzled, was the emperor defeated?

The saiyan prince smiled crossing his arms as the smoke cleared, but his smile faded when he noticed the little boy's silhouette.

Gohan was dusting off his body but there was no apparent scratch on his skin, this left the prince dumbfounded.

"I just got this amazing suit and now it's full of dust, thanks Vegeta" Gohan spoke with a frown, "Well, let's fight"

"Stop teasing! I know that's not your full power, seriously fight!" Vegeta yelled, his golden Super Saiyan aura glowing at its fullest.

Gohan looked at him stunned but nodded clenching his fists. His kind eyes now turned aggressive, like the eyes of a great warrior.

"As you wish" Gohan exclaimed expelling the aura from him just like Vegeta, "Now I will fight without holding back, I hope you do the same"

"Consider it done, dwarf!" Vegeta answered eager to resume the fight and looked at him with two fingers on his forehead, "That technique again?"

He remembered that on Earth the Namekian did the same thing creating a beam of energy, so he wasn't surprised by the movement the little boy made.

But against all of Vegeta's predictions, the boy disappeared. He was even unable to sense Ki from him.

"Where did he go?!" Vegeta demanded looking around and it seemed that Nappa didn't know where he was either, "Stop these tricks already!"

PAM!

Vegeta took an attack to the back causing him to fall forward. He got up quickly seeing Gohan standing behind him smiling.

"When did you appear midget?" Vegeta asked in annoyance, "You didn't even move!"

"That's right, I used Instant Transmission"

"Did you use Instant Transmission?" Vegeta paraphrased not understanding what he meant by that.

"That's right, it's a new technique I recently learned" Gohan pointed out smiling, "Okay, now I'm going to fight seriously, get ready Vegeta!"

Flush!

And a second after saying it, Gohan appeared in front of the prince and punched him in the cheek that made him back down.

"HAAA!"

Vegeta countered by headbutting him but Gohan hit him back with much more power making the Saiyan prince's forehead bleed.

"Arghhhh!" Vegeta cried out in pain and then received a knee to the abdomen followed by an elbow to the head that knocked him flat.

Nappa gritted his teeth. He had realized that even though Vegeta turned Super Saiyan, he was still inferior to Gohan.

"Vegeta!" Nappa yelled going towards him, but Gohan waved his hands at him saying that there was no need, 'What is he up to?'

Vegeta slowly started to get up and wiped the blood from his face, "I-I…I-I can't lose against you insolent brat!"

The Saiyan prince raised his fighting power and slammed his fist into the little boy's face and began to hit him several times relentlessly.

"Haaa!" Vegeta yelled, kicking him in the abdomen and Gohan spat out blood.

"Uh, I must admit you are the most powerful adversary I have ever come across" Gohan stated with a small smile on his lips.

"That's not all...let's get this over with!" Vegeta yelled surrounding himself in a violet aura as he gathered an immense amount of Ki, "Galick…"

"I like that idea Vegeta!" declared Gohan doing the same thing, except that he was emitting a bluish light in his hands, "Kame...Hameee..."

The entire place was shaken by the magnitude of those powers, as two Super Saiyans were charging full power attacks.

Many soldiers decided to hide because of what was going to happen, but there were some who stayed to see the outcome of the fight.

"... GUN!"

"... HAA!"

Both shouted launching their powerful attacks at the same time. The two energy bursts collided creating a large tremor.

Nappa clung to a tree. It was more than he could bear, it was a battle between two Saiyans who reached the legendary power of his race.

"The prince of the Saiyans will not lose against an insect like you!" Vegeta yelled as he unleashed all of his power and his blast overcame Gohan's.

Galick Gun vs Kamehameha, two powerful attacks that were shaking the entire planet due to their shocking and great power.

Gohan didn't say anything else. He smiled excitedly at the battle but decided to end it, so he expelled more energy to corner Vegeta.

"Damn argh!" Vegeta yelled rather helplessly and took the attack squarely, having no option to escape or counter it.

BOOM!

A huge explosion occurred at that moment, and a curtain of smoke covered the entire place, causing intrigue in those present.

Nappa swallowed hard hoping the prince was still alive. The smoke began to dissipate and there was a golden aura roaring fiercely.

They all saw that Gohan was still standing in perfect condition, while a few meters from him Vegeta lay badly injured.

"Vegeta!" Nappa yelled running towards him.

Gohan sighed returning to his base state and closed his eyes, concentrating his spirit to heal the wounds Vegeta caused on his body.

"Go get some armor for them" Gohan said looking at the soldiers, who nodded and left, "Vegeta will be fine"

Nappa turned around noticing that Gohan was crouching down to him. "He really is a great warrior, and I admire him for that"

"Tell me something brat" Nappa said seriously, "You didn't fight with your full power, right?"

"If I had fought to the fullest I would have broken Vegeta's pride, and that was not my intention" Gohan answered smiling, "Well, it's time to heal the prince"

Nappa was going to say something but suddenly Gohan put a hand on Vegeta's body, and after a few seconds he was fully recovered.

Vegeta widened his eyes in confusion and looked up, meeting Gohan's smile. "I see, so you defeated me brat" he spoke annoyed.

"And it wasn't easy" Gohan winked at Nappa smiling, "At least, I gave you back what you did to me on Earth, we're even right Vegeta?"

Gohan held out his arm to help him up, but Vegeta pushed him away although a tiny smile spread across his face.

'I see, this dwarf wants to encourage him to get stronger' thought Nappa looking at Gohan curiously, but he smiled too.

"Here are the armor Lord!"

An alien soldier brought two suitcases to Gohan, who nodded his thanks and handed them to both Saiyans. "Here's what you wanted!"

"Did that worm say Lord? Are you the new emperor? Hahaha don't make me laugh" Vegeta scoffed laughing out loud at that.

"Exactly! Someone had to clean up the mess Frieza made" Gohan answered smiling, "Okay guys, are you going to Earth now?"

"Maybe. I'd like to see the look on stupid Raditz's face when he finds out I'm a Super Saiyan," Vegeta sneered.

The young boy considered telling him that his father was too, but decided it would be best if Vegeta found out on his own.

"Now that you can transform, try to get used to the transformation to eliminate the energy drain" Gohan recommended.

Vegeta glanced at him, but didn't speak any more. He returned to the ship and Nappa followed him, though not without thanking Gohan with a look.

And after a few seconds, the ship took off from the planet. Gohan smirked, but now he had work ahead of him…he was the new Lord of the universe.

Base power increases 50 times slower if one trains as a Super Saiyan, so it's not a big jump so far.

Super Saiyan Gohan: 275,000,000

Nappa: 3,500,000

Training for ten months, his power adjusted to Vegeta's level but without surpassing him, he has worked hard for that.
