20 Chapter 20: The saiyans

It was a calm day like all the others in the East's city. The population of this city carried out their daily activities.

It was 11:43 in the morning. Everything seemed calm when suddenly an intense sound rumbled from the sky stunning everyone.

Suddenly two ships entered the visual field of those present, and seeing the frightening speed at which they were approaching, they moved away.

"Oh, so this planet is Earth haha" the greart saiyan commented with a smile and the other warrior next to him smiled.

"It's not bad at all. We could sell it for a good price" Vegeta spoke scanning the surroundings, "Hey Nappa, could you finish off the curious?"

"It will be a pleasure" Nappa agreed raising two of his fingers and then the whole city lit up and then disappeared from the world.

All the inhabitants, buildings and others was eradicated from the face of the Earth. The Saiyans had made their first brutal offensive.

"You didn't leave anything... huh Nappa?" Vegeta smirked and Nappa rubbed his mustache, "Okay, now it's time to find that stupid Kakarrot's son."

"If I remember correctly his fighting power exceeded 1200 units" Nappa commented turning on his scouter, "Oh, there are some high powers"

Piccolo gritted his teeth as he felt two Ki flying towards him. These nine months he spent training in a desert.

"We must show them what the real power of the Saiyans is" Nappa took a step forward and both Krillin and the others recoiled at this.

"By the way, I don't see Kakarrot and his son anywhere, were they scared of us?" Vegeta asked mockingly.

"Goku would never be afraid of someone like you! They'll be here soon" Krillin countered gritting his teeth and Vegeta hesitated when he heard him.

"So they're coming… Hey Nappa, do we still have some Saibamen seeds?" Vegeta asked and Nappa nodded smiling.

"We have about six seeds left, and it seems that this land is very good for them to grow" replied Nappa looking closely at the ground.

Then, the big-bodied saiyan crouched down and creating some holes he began to throw the strange seeds called Saibamen on them.

"I don't know what you plan, but if you think it will be easy to defeat us you are very wrong" Yamcha spoke up, "And we have the dragon balls..."

"Dragon balls?" Vegeta asked.

"They are seven balls that when gathered grant any wish, if any of us dies in this battle we could resurrect!" Yamcha yelled.

"You talk too stupid!" Piccolo reproached him, since he had just revealed his ace up his sleeve to his enemy. Yamcha regretted it.

"Did you hear that Nappa?! It seems that this planet still awaits several surprises" Vegeta commented enthusiastically for those dragon balls.

"Asking for eternal life shouldn't be impossible with those objects" Nappa added as he seemed to plant something in the ground.

"Now I see why there was a Namekian here," Vegeta turned to Piccolo, "You must be the creator of the dragon balls, right?!"

"What the hell are you talking about?" Piccolo inquired confused by Vegeta's words.

"Don't play dumb. Some time ago I heard that the Namekians had strange magical abilities and that they were capable of creating objects like those dragon balls, but I never imagined that I would find a Namekian on Earth" replied the Saiyan with a smile.

Piccolo was totally taken aback, how come he was originally from another planet? No! He has always been on Earth, his planet.

"Oh, so Piccolo and Kami-sama are from another planet…" Krillin muttered surprised, "Now I understand why they look so different"

"Hey Vegeta... doesn't that mean that those same dragon balls exist on the planet Namek?" Nappa inquired straightening up, finishing his work.

"Probably, but first we'll get the Earth spheres," Vegeta replied smiling, "This Namekian will be able to tell us where they are."

"If you think I'll speak so easily you're sorely mistaken, fight me!" Piccolo exclaimed getting into a fighting stance.

"Don't worry, first you'll have to defeat our little soldiers" Nappa commented and suddenly some beings emerged from the ground.

"It's the Saibamen, they'll take care of finishing you off" Vegeta snapped smiling, "His fighting level is 1200, like Raditz"

"You can kill everyone, except the Namekian" Nappa instructed the Saibamen, who smiled in a machiavellian way by the Saiyan's order.

"I will kill them all, I want to taste the fruits of my training" Yamcha took a step forward, before the saiyan's mocking gaze.

"With your level of 1010 you won't be able to do anything insect" Vegeta sentenced laughing and far from being panicked Yamcha smiled very confident.

"Now you'll see what I'm capable of!" Yamcha exclaimed with his Ki at the maximum and threw himself on the Saibamen to finish them off quickly.
