Reus retreated a few steps back and got in formation along with others and watched the spider monster with cautious gaze

"Now this is something tough to handle..."

As he said everyone focused all their attention over the 15 metres huge dark spider with big fangs

And along with big fangs were eight cold red eyes leaking all the bloodlust in the surroundings

And as if that was not enough next moment their gazes also met the 8 sharp edged gigantic legs of the spider that had literally created caters over the ground because of sharpness alone

And the monster in front of them didn't wait for any more second and immediately dashed at Reus and others with sharp fangs and legs

"Everyone! Watch out!!!"

Reus was first one to react and while alerting the others he by himself dashed at the spider monster with his sword

Reus first blocked the sharp front legs of spider from doing any damage to him and after that he was attacked by barrage of those attacks

Reus was completely covered in armour and just barely avoided the damages and as time continued the attacks kept going fiercer and fiercer

And it was enough time for others to find the balance for the attack, Sam immediately used his spell

And next moment various earthen spikes suddenly rose from the ground just below the spider monster

The spider monster was forced to retreat there and just as it landed backwards Yumiko also dashed at it with her sword

The spider once again retreated and just barely dodged Yumiko's sword but next moment it also noticed three arrows approaching from distance

And this time as the spider itself was in air the three arrows successfully managed to destroy the two eyes of the spider monster

"Kiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!"

The spider was obviously quite angry and started going berserk from that point on, Reus noticed the gaze of the spider and shouted

"It's coming towards Anna!!! Protect her!!!"

Sam immediately arrived in front of Anna while the spider had already made a dash towards her

Sam created a half spherical shield for himself and Anna from the earth magic which not only saved them but the curved surface even deflected the spider monster far away to ground

"Nice!!!"

Reus grinned and then both Yumiko and Reus dashed at the spider monster with their cold swords

Ariana had already buffed both of them and as the spider was still under the confusion after getting deflected both Reus and Yumiko managed to take out one leg of spider from the front part

"Kiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!"

The spider was even more angrier and this time it directly spitted the poisonous saliva from its mouth towards Yumiko

This time Yumiko managed to successfully dodge the attack and retreated a few steps back

After Yumiko created the distance the target of the spider's fury changed to Reus again and it dashed at Reus

Reus was about to move but before he could even realise he had already fallen in the web trap of that spider

Reus realised his legs had been stuck to the web of that spider, the flames from his armours immediately exploded to burn the web again

But by then the spider had already arrived near Reus to bite off Reus's neck with its fangs

'Gotcha!!!'

Reus had just successfully removed the web stuck to him but by then the spider was already very close to him

Reus immediately moved his sword in front of his face and then blocked the spider's bite with the sword

The spider monster was biting on Reus's sword with an angry expression The next moment the spider also tried to use its sharp legs to finish Reus

But before that could happen Sam used his spell to trap the legs on the back side of the spider in earth

And Yumiko also arrived at the spot to block the attacks and Yumiko's sword strike even managed to cut off another two legs of that spider from the right side

The spider lost all its balance and suddenly fell to the ground, Reus took this chance to retreat back and gave a nod to Yumiko

"Kiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!"

The spider screamed and next started throwing out webs from its mouth to trap Reus and others

But Reus and his whole party kept dodging all the webs with great success, just as spider turned its head towards them they directly jumped or dodged the webs

But as time passed they understood the ominous feeling they had, in current state the whole hall had been covered in sticky webs of that spider and excluding Reus and Yumiko all three of them had been trapped their legs in the webs

"What the-!"

Reus also felt surprised seeing this but it was too late, next moment Reus also noticed the cold eyes of the spider which was apparently while the schemer here

'That spider is smart...'

Even Klaus acknowledged the mind of that spider and thought again

'The Reus is now in the situation of do or die now, his whole team is trapped except for Yumiko who is another damage dealer here...'

Just as Klaus was thinking that next moment the Spider suddenly dashed at Sam and others who were trapped in the webs like a flash

Reus saw that also dashed in that direction and before the spider could bite the head off of the Sam

Reus thrust his sword right on the back of the spider, with that he successfully avoided the attack over Sam

And without giving the spider any chance, Yumiko and Reus dashed at the all at once

Yumiko successfully sliced the back of that spider and the force behind her katana sent the spider crashing dozens meters back

Reus also took this chance dashed at the Spider once again, Reus's blade was covered in dark flames and he successfully detached the remaining legs of the spider in a flash

The spider was now totally unable to move, Yumiko took that chance and dashed at the Spider's head to finish whole matter at once

But just as the katana of Yumiko was in air the spider monster spitted the web which firstly temporarily paralyzed Yumiko and next Yumiko started falling directly at the mouth of the spider with horrified gaze

But before anything could happen Reus suddenly popped right at the place and this time Spider monster itself wasn't prepared for anything

Reus's sword passed right through the head of the spider and next he grabbed the Yumiko from her waist to help her out

Yumiko looked back and the gazes of Reus and Yumiko once again lost into each others eyes

Both had slight red ears and faces as they did that and next moment both immediately separated themselves away from each other with totally shy faces

Sam, Anna and Ariana who watched it all from distance all three laughed like squirrels in a bunch

Seeing this Reus and Yumiko got even more and more embarrassed, meanwhile Klaus watching it all from a distance felt a little jealo-! Ahem! Annoyed~ to see such an obscene scene happening in front of his mighty presence

'Fock the romance, this action genre novel bastards!!!!!!'

"Si-since we are done here, let's get going forward..."

"Ye-yeah..."

Both Reus and Yumiko were still embarrassed and decided to continue the exploration on their own

And both took the lead to enter the next path way on their own, others were still grinning like sly cats but they still followed the Reus and Yumiko

Klaus also appeared at another path way literally like he had just teleported

Everyone was continuing on their path but this time Sam and Anna decided to tease Reus and Yumiko a little more

Sam looked at Anna with his sparkling acting eyes and asked in an extremely sweet tone

"Are you okay?"

Anna also acted like some kind of princess seeing her prince in white horse and replied with her own sparking gaze

"I'm okay, my prince... Just take me away to lands far and protect me from all the bad guys here..."

"Of course I will honey..."

Both acted quite brightly to the point it looked like their faces had more light and shine than the flame torches in the wall

"Pfff!"

Ariana couldn't help but to laugh with a covered face, the faces of Reus and Yumiko became more red and steam started rising from their heads

Reus couldn't take it any more and turned back towards Sam and Anna

"Just cut it out! I was just helping her out there! What is so difficult to understaaaaaannnnnnnnnd!?!!"

As Reus was speaking suddenly his left leg and hands touched a specific place in the wall and suddenly the whole ground under Reus disappeared sending him directly to somewhere underground

Yumiko and others saw that in surprise and immediately looked at the hole Reus just fell at with surprised face

But next moment Reus shouted from below

"Hey guys! I'm alright but come here, just check this out!!!"

Everyone looked at each other's faces surprised look and once by one jumped inside the place

Meanwhile Klaus there who also took a glance at the hole after everyone left

'Plot started hmm...'
